I don't know the job of security operatives in Nigeria, DSS, Police,NSCDC etc are the ones supposed to do all this things ordinary Nigerians are doing. Imagine scammers are even using the office of security agencies to scammer Nigerians, that is the ordercity they possess because of docile nature of those agencies.

With and Without Diabetes
It's important whether you have diabetes or not to avoid certain foods while pregnant to help benefit you and your baby. It’s important to eat properly and avoid foods that could be damaging to the development of your child.

1). Mercury
The most common thing we hear to avoid during pregnancy is seafood high in mercury. Too much mercury could harm your baby’s developing nervous system. Foods to avoid include: swordfish, shark, king mackerel and tile fish. Other fish that would be lower in mercury include; shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, Pollock and catfish. The recommendation for serving size of these fish is 12oz per week. If choosing albacore tuna (bigger fish=more mercury) limit your intake to 6oz per week.

2). Raw Fish, Shellfish, and Undercooked Meats

Avoid raw fish or shellfish altogether. Make sure all fish is cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. If you’re not sure of the temperature, invest in a meat thermometer. Avoid all raw or undercooked meats or poultry. It's recommended to avoid hot dogs and lunch meat. However, if you do eat hot dogs be sure to cook them until steaming. Cook eggs completely until firm, and avoid pates and meat spreads unless canned.

3). Unpasteurized Cheese
Avoid all unpasteurized cheese products such as brie, feta, and blue cheese unless they are clearly labeled as pasteurized. This also includes any unpasteurized juice, cider, or milk.

4). Caffeine
Pregnancy can leave you feeling extra tired and fatigued. Unfortunately caffeine can cross the placenta, so it’s best to avoid or limit the amount of caffeine you drink. For pregnant women, caffeine should be limited to less than 200mg per day. One cup of coffee contains about 95mg of caffeine, while one cup of tea contains about 47mg.

5). Alcohol
Alcohol can be damaging to your baby’s tiny developing organs including the brain, and can lead to a whole host of disorders called Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. It’s better to be safe than sorry, so in this case eliminate all alcohol use while pregnant.

Although this list may seem like a substantial amount of foods and beverages to limit, remember it is only for a short time. The health of your baby is worth the sacrifice.

It is only a fool that falls victim because it is very easy to detect scam advert. If you don't know the actual price of a car, the common sense dictates u browse out the average price in international /local market
which/ which u can juxtapose with the price offer. It is only a fool that will expect to buy tok 2010 Lexus RX 350 @ 1.650m when u can't even buy accidented/salvage one at that price in USA or any other place for that matter. So a foolish man derserve to reap his/her foolishness, that is the law of ecosystem.

I expect Nairaland to set a rule that will force car dealers to add price of their cars when advertising in auto section so that people can sniff out scammers before innocent people falls for their trick.

Some scammers don't post their ridiculous price again, they ask u to call to get the price of a car and they will sweet talk u into it b4 u know. I hope Seun and other Nairaland auto section mods are listening.

Pastor Buried Alive In Zimbabwe Dies: Prophet Kanyama Jumps Into Grave, Tells Church Members He’ll Resurrect With Powers To Cast Out Evil Spirits

5 members of the same family were charged with the murder of a prophet who had been called to their home in the village of Mazonde, Zimbabwe to help them cleanse their house of evil spirits.
According to local newspaper, Zed 24 News, the accused family identified as Leanmore Mutero, Tonderai Muswere, Michael Muchengeti, Manasa Mutero and Nicholas Mutero, appeared at the High Court in Harare facing a murder charge for participating in the death of self-professed Prophet Shamiso Kanyama, who accidentally died during a healing ceremony.

Pastor Kanyama had reportedly asked his followers to bury him alive so that he could summon more cleansing powers to heal the family that had been plagued by mysterious deaths.

Zed 24 News reports that High Court Justice Owen Tagu heard how on that day, the late pastor had been invited to attend the home in the Muzarabani district, which is situated along the Mozambique-Zimbabwe border, by their priest, Zvidzai Muchengeti.

The five men had requested the priest to help them clean their home of evil spirits, because it was causing mysterious deaths in their family.

Responding to their request to perform a healing ceremony, Kanyama had ordered his followers to dig a grave and bury him alive because that was the way he summoned more healing powers to ward off evil spirits. However, the plan backfired on the prophet when instead of being resurrected as he supposed, the men dug up the grave again to find him dead.

Kanyama helped to dig his own grave before praying and jumping inside, Father Zvidzai, who has turned State witness, told the High Court. He continued that after laying face down in the grave, he ordered his followers to start covering him with soil.

“He pegged a grave-shaped pit in front of my hut and asked for help to dig the pit,” Zvidzai continued. “Deceased requested to be buried alive so that he would gain power to drive away the evil forces.”

Fearing for the life of the prophet as the men were in the process of filling the grave, he requested the men to stop what they were doing, Joseph Taderera told Justice Tagu.

However, they ignored his pleas when Kanyama urged them to continue the process of burying him alive, stating that he would rise from the grave unharmed.

“I warned the men about the danger of their actions, but my advice fell on deaf ears because Kanyama shouted, telling me that I am disturbing his angels, and urged them to continue filling the grave, saying that he would later come out alive,” Taderera said.

Now u are talking, There is no need to hide the truth if we want to solve a problem, u can only hide the truth if u want to sweep matters under the carpet which wind and rain will still blow open another day.

The key to solve this issue is to point out the wrong and clear the air once and for all, then reconciliation follows. I noticed the lady in question already realised her mistakes judging from her response, I wish the man can listen to her, give her benefit of doubt and forgive each other.
I believe if this is done, they will know each other better, appreciate and bond better than in the past. Thanks and may God give them the wisdom to take the right steps.
