People,this guy told me the truck was at the terminal that night,it was after we struck a deal on the 35k,he now pretended like he was calling someone to bring out the truck from the terminal,whereas the truck was already parked at the same location.

Yes it has been declared in the salvage report, one is flooding the other is collision.
