Politics › Re: Boss Mustapha: Nigeria May Break Up, It Has Cracks by Flytime: 11:06am On Sep 29, 2020 |
Bkayyy: It doesn't happen that way. Break up is for those that demand and push for it. If in any case Nigeria is to break up, only the Igbos will leave. What we can't say for sure is if they will leave as just Igbo Nation or with Niger Delta minorities as Biafra. So in any case, the state's that will emerge will either be New Nigeria and Biafra or New Nigeria and Alaigbo if igbo leaves Nigeria, trust me hausa and yoruba can't stay together,it's either the yoruba also leaves or hausa leaves Just imagine a nigeria with only yoruba and hausa Igbo might want to claim delta even if they refuse to join because of oil |

Exumal: Oga Lexus, I believe bison better pass the a9 pro in pricing oh. 150$ to $140 almost the same tech but that rugged build and cooling system for just $10 is a profitable deal. People won't understand the usefulness of that cooling system until your the cooling paste on your AMD Graphics card inside your laptop get dried up. The thing dey work like magic. it come down to design versus something extra And I for one would pick the a9 pro's design over the extra features of the bison |

BoluwajiPieters: LOL. It's actually not cool enough. The devices is relatively too recent to be abandoned and I guess that's what that other guy was trying to tell genius. One full year after its release and it's yet to get even an Android 10 update. I feel people have all the right to complain about the tardiness and it's perfectly normal. Most Samsung and Realme phones released within the same timeframe have gotten Android 10 update. We know it's now an obsolete phone though but it's still too "recent" to be neglected. Over 3 months with no update and now a security patch update with the earliest possible time for MIUI 12 or Android 10 or both being November? The phrase would be, "If you want updates, get a Xiaomi phone. If you want quick and steady updates, get a Google Pixel or try Samsung." nokia also gives fast updates |

specialmati: ok whoever that merged the north and the southern nigeria must be disappointed.different way of reasoning swrs north is meant to be be a country on its own Our laws are different, our economy are different, our thinking are different, even music is different in the north and south If you notice they have their own musicians who majority of us don't know about in the south You would never see an hausa celebrity being celebrated in the south or in a talkshow shown in the south, you would never see them in reality tv shows Regional government would have been a lot better, but no someone had to stop that and form states instead |

BuddhaPalm: Europeans have MANY different cultures. And as you are surely aware, many different languages.
Which unity?
Over the past few centuries, they've bickered and fought, and slaughtered themselves in the tens of millions.
The last time was just 70 years ago and it left over 50 million people dead.
These peaceful times we live in is unprecedented. I'm not talking about the continent,I'm talking about a country for example england, spain or france The three of them have one culture each, not cultures immigrants brought. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Ghana's Western Togoland Region Declares Sovereignty by Flytime: 10:54am On Sep 26, 2020*. Modified: 12:48pm On Sep 26, 2020 |
WoundedLamb: You have a point.
But then again, splitting isn't necessarily an African thing. Former USSR splitted, North and South Korea splitted. Québec has had multiple referendums to split away from Canada, etc.
Along what lines should a continent as diverse as Africa split? It will only be a matter of years before the new countries start splitting again. Besides, the effects of splitting affects generations unborn cause families might be separated if care is not taken and even with the splitting, y'all would still be neigbours and if there is no peace, it will affect y'all's economy badly. What Africa needs is a government structure that is similar to what we have in Canada. Let each province in a country be as autonomous as possible. actually north korea and south korea was splitted by the usa and Russia,it wasn't their choice Most of the territories spliitted from ussr where colonized by Russia ,it's just like Nigeria colonizing togo and cameroon and when a peaceful leader comes in they split from us The leader that stopped regional government in Nigeria is to be blamed |

JerryLekki: Personally, I think all African countries should renegotiate their sovereignty. It is foolhardiness to be clingy to the greedy, unlawful, illegal and immoral partitioning of Africa in 1884 by white racists.
We need new countries in Africa. We should however not resort to this level of crass violence to achieve it.
Until we sit down and talk, across Africa, we will keep having this issues. I mean, look at the Ambazonia issue in Cameroon.
Africa, Think. you typed nothing but the truth Take a look at the European or american world One country, one or very similar cultures…..why won't they progress? In africa 1 country , various cultures who wants to be divided In south africa zulu vs xhosa while tsonga's feel they are 3rd class citizens In Nigeria igbo vs yoruba vs hausa Everybody want to go their ways |

jaeyking: Bro be serious. Even in year 2020 transission is still bringing out tecno and infinix phone on andriod 9 and 2gb ram and 32gb rom.
Talk more of a cheaper phone that would be 6gb ram and 128rom.
To get such phone if its transission, xiaomi or nokia be ready to pay above 90k .
So i will wait patiently for the A9pro and since its stock Android. Custom rom andriod 11 will do the trick or wait till they release a version with android 11 like they did with the a3 releasing android 9 version |
