Truly leadership in igbo is irony. I am one those people dat holds the opinion that the best of brain, endowed gem are produced in igbo land but unfortunately, igbos don't give them recognition, they don't allow them the platform to manifest, they send such into oblivions rather the igbos go about celebrating d myopias, people without credibility, the crooks among them are their heros, what indeed an irony. When they see other tribe they ought to learn from their style of leadership they go all the way to lunch criticism against them. They should learn from the north, the west even the south-south, even the bible we reads says we should recognise those who deserves honour and stop patronising the wicked. For instance I still remember all the names the igbos call someone like Tinibu when he will recognise the genius in Yoruba land and give them the platform to manifest by featuring for leadership in various political areas , though it doesn't go down well with many and the igbos has always seen it as undemocratic and an opportunity to vent their despise for d Yorubas but then over the years the Yorubas has come to appreciate his initiatives and respect his opinions because those people has always delivered to expectations. But another irony that was unveil of the igbos of recent is their mass adoption of the candidacy of Jonathan as a concession presidential candidate for the pdp, they forefronts d infamous TAN to promote his candidacy, that's seems to be a clear deviation from igbos ideology of democratic except just as d writer has revealed that the claims of the igbos remain irony and mere pretence or clueless. This is also to show that d igbos who will not recognise d potentials among them and trust and igbo man to give him support for leadership will go all head forward to front the return of Jonathan a non-igbo undemocratically. In submition it means that the igbos has been wrong all the while but Tinubu has been right all the while in that case it will just suffice that the igbos should drop their pride and learn from other tribes that has foresight and stop wallowing in obscurity.

seggexco: Dear NL, i want you all to look well into this matter.

You see there is this bad habit that is found in me.[masturbating] it started about some few months now. And i knew that it was very wrong as a believer in christ, going in into such acts or behaviour.

Since i knew that it was very wrong i have been trying all my possible best to stop it but all to no avail.

After using many methods, i decided to make a vow not with anybody but with God almighty not to go into it again. And that if i go into into it something should happen to me.

You see guys if you understand me better you would see that i am tired of it and so i decided to use that method since i fear God than any other thing & i also use what is so precious to me in life to make the vow.

Now i still found myself doing what i at used to lay curse on myself. And ever since then i am so disturbed that would God ever have mercy on me and dont let what i said negatively concerning myself come to pass. I'm so worried you might not understand what i'm trying to say. I said God if i do this thing again let this thing happen and i have done it.

Though i have prayed for mercy from God and that he should never allow what i said on myself come to pass on me. Of which i believed he has done.

Mature belivers help me look into this matter well and drop up comments and suggest what you think i could used to plead that God should never allow it come to pass in my life.

I have heard many Christian placed themselves on curse to get over a habit but I have never done it cos I never trust myself, many times I had thought I could stop to do a thing but failed rather I had always allowed God to overcome and it has relieved me of stress and struggles. U know what, the race is not to the swift not the battle to d mighty, is not of him dat willeth nor of him that runneth but of God that showeth mercy and is not by power nor by might but by my Spirit sayeth the Lord, please remember all these scriptures and never place urself on a curse over anything again beside the bible never ask to dat. As regarding ur fear, remember dat u are a child of God, He loves u no matter what, he gave His son for ur redemption, He never want u to be in bondage. Remember the case of d prodigal son, fine he brought all that happened to him on himself but the father never wanted him to remain in d bondage, no father wants his son to be on curse, u don't offer ur child to a leopard for a wrong doing. All u need to do is go back to him and let him know dat u failed, dat u thought u can do it by ur strength and dat u want his mercy to avert the curse and ur peace shall be restore. God bless u.
