Going by the question asked,I think the south are the ones needed to be bribed to get there votes because it was very clear that the GEJ administration mostly favoured the north so much,in respective of the boko haram menace than the south,still they do not like him. Hardly can one point out any meaningful project that was carried out in the south during his regime.....
