The point is some people who have the tendency to suffer some illnesses can use certain exercises to help prevent those illnesses. Sexual intercourse is a form of exercise with medical benefits. Also, I didn't refer to all men when I mentioned prostate cancer. I specifically mentioned men with excess testosterone.
