Amaka was exactly what I thought she would be, she was lazy to the core. I would cook for her, and sometimes help her with laundry because she was always complaining about whitlow on her fingers which I never got to see. She had had good side though, she was fun to be with and we always had visitors coming to chat with us and she was ready to entertain them.
My parents had finally sent in the exact money for my school fees into my account. The addition they made was N100 and that was if I would make the withdrawal over the counter in the bank.
I became a part time stylist, by making an agreement with the owner of a beauty salon that on every hair I make i was entitled to 50% of the income. I was never idle, it was either I was in class or back home making hair but my nights were dedicated fully for reading.
Meanwhile, at campus, I avoided Andy like a plague or should I say he avoided me because all the time I was in class I never set my eyes on him even during examination periods and i still wonder how he was able to do so.
The Second semester of the second academic session had started and i was back in school with a lot of cash that I had saved up from the money I got rendering hair services back home during the holiday.
Amaka and i became best friends, we were grower stronger in understanding each other and should I say we became friends because there were mutual benefits. She had a roof and a bed to offer me and I helped her academically and i was indirectly helping myself because the more often I explained topics to her, the better I understood them. It became a ritual that I wrote assignments on every course twice, one for myself and one for Amaka and in the long run I had a understanding of the courses and i was able to explain them from different perspectives .
At first, it felt like a burden to read different textbooks, searched the Internet for information, materials and write our assignments differently so it would not seem like they were from the same writer. I made sure I wrote them from different points of view, included different quotes and different references where needed.
Amaka was influencing me in a way I could not understand. We went to parties always on her insistence though, clubbed almost every Friday, but during the week days, I always prepared myself for an all night reading because I was addicted to it and each time I made to leave the house for the campus, Amaka would tease me about using the all night reading as a perfect excuse to pass the night at a guy's house.
My schedule was so tight with activities and soon enough, I stopped attending campus fellowships because I felt there was no time it, that there were other pressing issues....

So In a week, I was back to lagos... But things didn't go as I planned ... my uncle offered me a part time job @ his shop in lagos island .. The pay was good and the tip was out of this world.. I made almost 1-5k a day in tip... Plus we are all given 300naira each as allowance and my uncle drives us all the way home .. So money just dey pile up...

On one faithful friday my friend collins forced me to follow him clubbing ... And I did. Was my first time ever in a lagos club.. We drank and danced then I got bored and remembered wild katty.... I sharperly carry my phone enter 2go ... She was online .. (Speak of the devil) ... She was furious at me for not picking her calls all this while..I just stepped outside ,with my 100naira midnight call swag and talked to her with bedroom voice and it was settled... We ended our sweet 2hr talk with I love you... So I got back to drinking with the boys.

When I got home.. I puked and passed out, I woke around 6 and called my uncle," uncle I'm having runny stomach, I don't know what's wrong... I might ne late for work" the hangover just help my voice play with the lie.. He told me to resume on monday. Yaaay.its a free day..

She called early momo to know how I was . I told her I wasn't going to work.. She happy die telling me she'll eat me up today.. I also shared her a pic of collins and I The previous night and she loved it .

One that blessed saturday, I went to watch liverpool vs manU.. As a liverpool fan wey I be. Them just impress die. 1-0 gerrard scored a freekick.. The day was justt going well .then I got a call " baby I'm on my way to surulere (kilo). I'm coming for you baby... I don even forget.I quickly rushed home, arranged , spinned my lil sis and bribed her to vacate the house for good. And logged on 2go..

She said she's coming with a friend.. Her friend wants collins and is crazy about the fine boi... So I quickly took bike and told collins every every.. As sharp guy wey want lash nah..him accept.. We buy 3packs of condom.. But drummer put for my room.. And in less than 20mins I got a call from her . "I'm at ogosco busstop". I tell am make she enter dey walk straight.

I quickly launched my new 3-in-1 v-neck TRY white polo and gave collins one(I was saving it for next semester). We come hit the road towards ogosco. As we were getting there, we passed two aweful looking girls ....one was looking like an ugly version of wild katty and extremely tall, while the other fair,short and having knocking knees.... To be truthful, these were not cool..me and that one jam and lock eyes.

As optimistic nigga, I walked past them and collins made a joke on how they looked... I just laughed and told him "he'll be impressed". When we reached ogosco we didn't see anyone . We started coming back...

My heart started beating.. I started suspecting it was them we passed...no I can't be.. We started walking back, I sighted those same girls @ a business center and my phone rang ..... Gehn gehn....
