Having been/lived in any of part Nigeria does not authenticate/validate your personal view as to where is well developed in the country.

However, there is only one natural thing that could come in place of a proven statistics as to where is more developed and economically viable and that thing is Emigration of people from their homeland to another. The whole point of emigrating to another country/regions is to find/get a better life which your homeland could not afford to give you.
