The uterus has small fibroids within its muscle layer. This should however not cause problems (except maybe pains during pregnancy) as they are small and within the muscle, rather than in the cavity.

The right ovary showed features of Polycystic ovaries, a condition whereby small small egg follicles fill the ovaries without any of them maturing, hence no ovulation.

If you have other features such as appearance of masculine hairs (beards, chest hair, upper thighs, etc), deepening of voice, scanty menses or irregular menses, along with the polycystic ovaries, they point towards Polycystic Ovarian syndrome (PCOS)


In summary, the scan showed small insignificant fibroids, and features suggestive of PCOS.

Thanks doc. Pls does it mean that every other thing is fine according to the scan except the polycystic condition. I have none of the named masculine features, and i have a regular monthly period, ranging between 32-35 days.

The uterus is bulky (AP diameter 5. 46cm), empty and anterverted with regular outline and seen returning homogeneous echopattern.
The endometrial plate is seen and intact.
There are two ovoid shaped hypoechoic intramural solid masses with smaller seedlings measuring 2.89cm × 2. 12cm and 2.03cm × 1. 36cm seen in the fundus and posterior uterine segment respectively indicative of uterine leiomyomas.
The right ovary is remarkably larger than the left normal sized ovary and both are seen with peripherally arranged rudimentary follicles arranged in a "string of pearls" pattern indicative of polycystic ovaries.
right ovary: 4. 50cm × 3. 31cm × 2. 41cm; volume=18. 74cm
left ovary : 3. 43cm × 3. 57cm × 2. 71cm; volume= 10. 02cm
There is no significant fluid collection seen in the pouch of douglas

This just happened last night, I had a dream, and in the dream I was lying down somewhere and this scary looking creature was trying to attack me, the creature was trying to scare me, buh i wasn't scared, I started rebuking it in the name of the Lord, I was so bold and confronting it heads on, then later I jst started laughing, i laughed so hard, and i woke up suddenly still laughing, then I saw them; right in my room, two very tall demons, they were holding something that looked like a hand fan and were trying to fan me or something, I was still laughing, then they vanished. I got really angry in the spirit, then started praying and speaking in tongues, I pointed to the direction where I saw them and prayed with all boldness. I don't know why I was laughing in the dream right to the point where I woke up. Have never experienced something like this before. Of a truth greater is He that is in me than he that is in them. God is really with me. satan is fighting a lost battle. Glory be to God.

sister relax, the devil has always been a liar from time immemorial. Stop the long fast and weneva the devil tries to wisper that u r not yet free, just speak out d word of God. You are translated from death to life and there is nothing the devil can do about it. Feed on the word of God and as it is the food for ur spirit remember the Bible say we should not live by bread alone but by d word of God. Fear brings torment and d devil nd demons recognizes wen u live in fear. No matter how long u pray, if d motivation is fear u will remain in d same position. Replace ur fear by declaring d word of faith cos without faith, its impossible to please God

It's well. Satan is a liar.
I think, some of us, if not all, have areas where Satan holds down to buffed us after we get saved.
For me, it was cigarette smoking.
What made me very disturbed was that, I never smoked cigarette before. Not one stick, all my life. NEVER.
I can say, God shielded me from a lot of foolishness most teenagers engage in. Like I said before, God used dreams to draw me close to Himself at a very tender age of about 11 or 12. Then, not long after that, my mum got born again in deeper life. My father is a great, deep and strong Catholic. Imagine the conflict. We the Children were caught in the middle. Am very close to my mum, so I tilted towards her. I listened to all she read for me from the Bible. But I still followed my father to Catholic Church, until I went away to Uni. I never did anything wrong without knowing it was wrong, because my mum will open the Bible passage and hand it over to me to read.
I went to secondary school from home, so I was so innocent about a whole lot wen I got to school. I never knew a girl could buy cigarette, talk less of smoking it. I totally never knew anything about lesbianism until my third year in school. I lived in the midst of these young ladies, who were doing these things yet I wasn't seeing or deciphering what was going on, although they never did any in my presence. But the talk was all around me.

My friends attended All Girls School, so they came out ready, while I went to a mixed school, so I was very mumuish. I was kind of popular (if that's the right word to use) in school, because of my Circle of friend. "Big girls", I never knew they were into all these, they knew I was a 'JEW' (remember that term? ) when you refuse to conform. They avoided me in that aspect, until one day, I was confronted by one girl , accusing me of snatching her girl friend. I innocently asked her why we couldn't all be close friends? Her responds was, I don't share. I still didn't understand, I then went to complain to a more senior person from their twon about the treatment I was getting from this girl. The lady asked me what I expected? When I was naively asking all the stupid questions, she realised I didn't know Jack about anything, she busted out laughing, called others to laugh at my mumuishness. She was the one who told me what it all was. How this one is paired with that one, like a thunderbolt, everything exploded in my head. Everything i saw in the past, but didn't connect started fixing up like a puzzle.
My friends got to know that I now knew, and tried to initiate me, but it was too late. I was to old and had I guy Jare. The one who accused me before, tried to make me smoke, because they started smoking openly in my presence. I really wondered how they could hide the smoking from me for long. Even wen I walked into them smoking, it was still a mistake. So, now, they needed me to become a partner. I refused. They started making jest of me. One of their boy friends who they smoked together rebuked them and told me never to let anyone make me do what I didnt want. That encouraged me. I never joined them. So you can imagine, my pain and frustration to see myself smoking cigarette in my dreams steadily, when I got saved.
For years, it happened. The worst part was, anytime my prayer life is very strong, thats when it happens frequently. I will wake up in the morning angry and upset. I prayed and prayed, It kept on happening. I become afraid to pray.

Another thing was, I was seeing myself in the dream naked. This troubled me the most. Thank God, I never had sex in my dream. I don't eat, I don't swim. Even if I cooked the food, I won't eat it. I don't know how I usually know, but, I tell myself in the dream, that I don't eat in the dream.
Most of the 10yrs of my incapacitation I lived a faster life. But this dreams kept happening. I almost felt depressed, that God wasn't hearing my prayers. How can I be fasting and smoking in my dream, the very reason for which I'm fasting? It was so devastating.

I wrote down what the Bible listed out as sins, and was checking my life, which I had over came, which I was struggling with. But I never came across smoking as a sin. But it still worried me.
Every night before I sleep, the lasting I say after prayer is, list out thing I don't do in my dream
I will call my name and say,
You don't eat in your dream,
You don't drink in your dream,
You don't make Love in your dream
You don't swim in your dream. In Jesus Name, Amen. God answered the prayer.
I don't know when He did it. I just wasn't dreaming any of the dreams again. I think it's been years. One day, I remembered that I use to smoke in my dream, but couldn't remember when it stopped.
My dear, keep praying. God knows you hate it. It will stop.

Gud morning, I feel ur pain after reading dis. I felt I should chip in sumtin, Though I am still growing in the spirit but I av come to learn some secrets about Dreams which I feel will help u in ur case.
This kind of battle is a spiritual battle, u av won in d physical realm by stopping masturbation, u also av to win it in d spiritual realm. Wen I also ceased masturbation (though not a chronic masturbator)the next line of attack was aving sex in my dreams. You av to b alive in ur dream, alive in the sense that u can control ur actions right in ur dreams. ( don't know ow to explain it but for me, since I know wat will happen i.e sex, I go to bed determined in my spirit dat I will resist it, dat I won't fall for it.) U av to prepare for d battle with by quoting a particular scripture to resist it, or rebuking it in d name of Jesus all this u must do in ur dream. it takes time for this determination to yield fruit, though d first couple of trials u might fail , but eventually u will succeed. I also understand dat Dere comes a tym in ur dream dat u can control ur actions. Dat is wen u mention d name of Jesus and rebuke d spirit. Hope that was helpful. God bless.

I will tell you another story just to drive home my earlier point, this also a personal one.

During my final year in the university, I was actively involved in the work of the ministry, as I was tiding up to finish my undergraduate project, I started having this dream repetitively. It is either I saw myself with an incomplete university certificate, torn certificate, dirty or squeezed certificates etc, every night continuously....I knew what satan was planning but guess what I did, due to my past experience and because I have grown stronger in faith, one day during my morning worship, I spent time worshiping God more than I usually do at the end of which I said...`Father, it appears satan is trying to keep in the university for an additional year, well, I wont be praying about it as it appears good to me to serve you more in the work of ministry for another year in this town and I promise Father, I will do more to destroy the works of the devil more and more this one year satan is causing me`.. That was the last time I had that dream, it stopped and I graduated same year.

Next time of such harassment, worship God more than usual and tell Him how great your night was. If it comes again, wake up, praise and dance before His presence more and stop not, you know why?

If satan cant induce you to fear or get frustrated, he gets frustrated..

You can of cause pray and fast on your own and get delivered of any affliction, I will answer this question by stating a personal story to highlight what i suspect is missing in your own case.

After I got saved, I grew very fast spiritually;thanks to God the church I was attending was a bible preaching one. Then, I used to have dreams of eating in my dream, terrible foods. If it were rice and dodo, maybe I wont be so disturbed but things like beans cake fried in red oil (akara elepo), solid pap (eko), yellow yam (esuru) etc, now if you are from my tribe (Yoruba) you will know the food items mentioned are objects of sacrifice you will probably see in some T-junction of Yorubaland.

I remember of praying and praying on this matter without a solution, immediately I finish a fasting programme; praying, binding and loosing, it would be another terrible food like what Yorubas call ekuru (white version of moinmoin, dont know the english name for that). Then I started learning and walking in faith until I become more bolder in my faith with God. This faithful day, I slept again and I was offered another set of terrible combinations of food in my dream, when I woke up, I almost felt the taste of the meal fed in dream in my mouth and my belly was literally filled up (that´s no joke) then; I stood up saying the following words `satan thanks for feeding me in my dream but since you refused to provide water along the meal, let me take some cup of water join the food you gave in my dream for proper digestion`. Then I stood up, took a cup of water and drank it, then smiled with relish (no fear, no anxiety), immediately, my stomach deflated with oouf!! sound and that is the last day I had such a dream.

Now coming back to you, you need to mix your prayers with a stronger faith and even when you have such dream, wake up and thank God for the blissful rest you had, begin magnifying and praising God and dont entertain any fears over the dream. Satan is an idiot and his demons relish in making our life frustrated, they will keep coming at you as long as they know such a thing is really getting at you but you will receive your deliverance the day they saw your faith as outgrown such a thing. Dont concentrate on this issue, keep working on developing your spiritual life, medidtate on the scriptures until you start chewing it like eba, this yeye irritant will soon disappear before you know it, concentrate on developing your spiritual life and dont allow this nonsense demon trouble you, you are bigger than it!.

Dont look at the strength of your challenge, tell the challenge the strength of your God.
