I didn't comment on brutality,but on wickedness. That's a general term for different negative acts. Brutality is more common in males, its not found only in males. So it isn't gender specific.
The person I quoted seemed to settle on only men being WICKED, effectively saying women aren't. So my comment on women being more wicked is probably an exaggeration but still in that context....It's not gender specific is what I meant. For clarity go read up on gender specific traits.
