hiddenip: it sound like I have been monitored and been tracked.
branch loan have been bombarding me with threats with legal action if I don't pay their loan. no matter what I said concerning the economy and lockdown never matters to them, they keeping saying nothing concen them and I have to pay my loan immediately. until it get to a point I start ignoring their calls.
they later warned me for the last time. since then they haven't called, later they sent me sms one day that they will report me to federal bureau that night. and since then I haven't heard from them.
right now I have been getting endless calls from strange landline number and when I pick nobody says anything.
sometime it sound like my phone calls is monitored. until a kind of police ambushed. I was heading home and saw police pickup van packed on my street. with men with different guns.
could my suspicious be right? is this branch loan? is this how they operate with legal action? are they trying to track me? I'm a bit scared though. Don't be afraid. It is not a crime to owe ok? It is their greed that led them to giving out loans at whooping 15% interest without any collateral. The worst they can do is flag your bvn. Also they'll try to withdraw the money from any of your bvn linked account without your approval because the cbn recently empowered them to do so. |

Otherwise if a lady physically assaults you and you do nothing because she is a lady then you are just another one of the brainwashed fools. |
Nairaland General › Re: My Experience At A Wedding Affected My View On Gender Equality by foolbuster: 11:00pm On Jul 26, 2020 |
repogirl: No, women should never resort to such brazen manners...However, if one does, kindly do not retaliate.
Even in boxing and wrestling, both fighters are evenly paired... It wouldn't be fair if a stronger one is paired with a weaker one... It's inequal and unfair.
The lady was wrong for what pouring the drink on him and I trust if the guy had not retaliated, he would have received all sympathy from everyone and the girl would have been reprimanded.
That females want to be treated equally does not mean we are no longer females... Physiologically, most men have an advantage physically over most women. When you have such advantage, use it wisely.
And the quest for equality is not of equal strength to men... It's more about opportunities. We are still females, not males.
Even if an elder kid beats up a smaller kid when the smaller one was the one who started it, who who gets all the sympathy? This is not about equality... It's about using one's sense. But its ok for a man to beat a weaker man since they are both grown men, right? Look at how ridiculous you sound, just because you are female, you are desperately fishing for reasons to justify whats wrong. Common sense out the window. Don't go and hit a guy ooo and expect everything to be fine with you because you are female. Not every man is stupid enough to have been brainwashed by that feminist nonsense. |

Nairaland General › Re: My Experience At A Wedding Affected My View On Gender Equality by foolbuster: 2:27pm On Jul 26, 2020 |
30naira: Today, I attended a wedding ceremony. At the reception, the couple tried to maintain social distancing inside the reception hall, so there were limited seats. Most of the guests were in the open field outside. I sat behind two ladies, who should be in their mid or late twenties. I wasn't really paying much attention to them.
After a while, they left their seat and went out. After about 5 minutes two guys came, and sat down in the empty seats the ladies left. These guy are obviously in their early twenties.
About 30 minutes later, the two girls came back inside, I noticed that one of them has had a change of cloths. So obviously they went home and returned.
The girls demanded that the guys should leave the seat, because they got there first. It is their seat. As expected the guys bluntly refused. The girls started raising their voice and cursing. No one really cared to listen to them, the boys were busy consuming the drinks on the table.
One of the ladies got frustrated by the indifference of the boys, grabbed a glass of juice from the table and threw the content at the guy's face. The guy in turn opened the entire can, got up and started pouring it on the girl's head, ruining her make up and soaking her weavon.
Next thing we saw, the girl grabbed him by the collar with both hands, tearing at his skin with her nails. Before you could say Jack, the guy started raining down slaps on her face, she fought back too.
Before we could rush down, the girl had a bleeding nose and a red swollen face.
Now this is the part that particular offended me. Everyone that gathered round started heaping insult on the boy for beating up a girl, despite the fact that she initiated physical contact. Some women even went as far as threatening to arrest the boy. The entire narrative changed quickly. Some stupid men even tried to beat up the boys. I stood my ground and insisted that if anybody lays a finger on the boy, I ll see to it that everybody is kicked out of the reception.
It took the intervention of the officiating minister to calm the crowd. Everyone was insisting that he would pay for the girl's medical bills. Funny thing is that the guy had finger marks all over his neck. She was sobbing and attracting sympathy left and right, as if she was not the one barking like an animal moments earlier. In the end, it was the guys that were kicked out, the girls had the seat.
I get confused about this gender equality stuff, women want to be treated like men and treated differently at the same time. You can't claim equality only when it suits you. If it were two guys fighting, I'm sure they ll both be kicked out and nobody will spare a thought for the injured, there ll be no sobbing or comforting, it ll just be seen as two people disturbing the peace. But everyone is suddenly acting up to protect an equal specie, who is also the offender, and the females see nothing wrong in this inequality
Do you want equality or not? Personally I respect and treat everyone equally, but if you initiate physical contact, male or female I will retaliate with the same ferocity. A moronic society we are living in. |

✓ Clean engine, no leakage & has never be loose - (breathing out steam & dropping water) ✓ Clean interior and exterior ✓ Design is beyond what I see on internet √ HP is awesome - the car d move Wella √ Fuel economy - beyond my expectations too (1.8l engine)
Sorry guys I ain't a good writer but seriously I'm glad I own this baby.
For body parts, I don't know about the availability in Nigeria for now. I will just handle the car with care for now.
PS: I didn't check the car myself, I paid someone to do it.
Thanks cargurus. Enjoy |

Replacing the both of them will cost me 70k. You see why one have to dine with the devil. Sallaum will not pay for those. Do you know how long it takes to remove Catalyst from a Car? calculusx: • Have you asked why this particular part was stolen and not the one attached to the quarter panel? You'll be lucky if you get it at Ladipo. I had to order for this particular part from US. Back to your complain, you won't be able to get any claim if the Car has left their Terminal. It takes forever to get claim for the Cars they admitted parts were stolen let alone the one that has left their terminal. Here is what to do next time you ship through Sallaum. Your Agent should settle the Port rats so they won't steal anything from your Car. Have you seen some Cars with Yellow, White or Blue Celotape on their windshield like the one attached below? Such cars were secured by the thieves themselves and they send me pictures before getting paid, so parts won't get missing. In this business you'll be forced to done with the devil. Imagine me buying these parts if stolen. As small as they are, they are scarce and expensive to replace. Just count your loss and move on. You wouldn't want to give yourself headache trying to get a claim from Sallaum Tuehh !!!! Are we really in a country or a war torn zone for chrisakes. It has now gotten to the level of paying ransome to the thieves. Ok na aaa. |

Please I need suggestions for suitable foreign-used (tokunbo) SUVs for off-road and long-distance travels. (Budget is between 2.5 - 3 million Naira)
Price, maintenance cost, availability of spare parts, etc are some factors to be considered.
Thank you. Acura mdx: not a proper truck but its an suv, has plenty power and its AWD, plus it has proven to be reliable. Lexus rx: same with the mdx but with slightly lesser power, makes up for it thou with better fuel consumption. make sure you get the awd because majority of what nigerians import are just front wheel. Lexus GX: this is what you are looking for. Proper body on frame with good power, very reliable. Volvo xc90: also good. Not a proper truck thou but atleast its an suv with plenty power. ask valarinz for the reliable year. Older generation lexus Lx470: proper truck. Its what you are looking for, but i'm not sure if your budget can get it sha. Ultra reliable but na fuel guzzler. Toyota hilux or tacoma: i'm also not sure if your budget can get it. But they are built to take torture. Avoid range or landrover and german brands. |
