Stop being bitter man... He has played very well when on the ball in this world cup. Una no dey notice dat one
How? somebody that sleeps at the box of his opponents waiting for his team to do the work and pass ball to him?

@topic

Its now official. The new Miss penalty should go and learn from Harry Kane who scored 3 penalties in a single gamecheesy

He even deserved a red card but im glad he recieved a yellow. He needs to watch Suarez and Cavani while they rubbish him on the pitch

I think these referees are favourably disposes to some teams....pique and Ronaldo are supposed to have gotten red cards in their respective games... imo tho
Its good that he wasnt sent off so that he will participate while Uruguay sends them out of Russia

to Be honest i think so far this world cup is much better than that of 2010 and 2014. So unpredictable (Big teams struggling and losing), full of drama( messi and ronaldo. var, etc), karma (russia), upsets( germanys loss and possibly spain as well )and humiliation( Egypt, Panama and saudi arabia) grin

Exactly @ the emboldened.

And to be honest with you, though this might sound unpatriotic...if Nigeria would mess things up if they progress in the competition I'd rather wish Argentina beat us and qualifies to next round.
There is nothing unpatriotic about it sef. The coach of Iran is from portugal and he is working against his nation. Its just a game.

Of course, this is Portugal's last bus stop.

Only if Iran could reduce play with less tension, just as they played against Spain, this match might end a draw or even a win for them.

And I can see the frustration in Penaldo coz for now, Kane is the highest goal scorer, not him. Such a selfish douchbag...everything is always about him.
Exactly and whats more? Kane has converted 3 penalties already. obviously a better taker than ronaldo (Following the logic of his silly fans).

If soccer was a fair game that rewards hardwork even morocco would have beaten them cos they completely dominated Portugal in every aspect. He should forget about the golden boot already. The contest is currently between lukaku and harry

he has in 2006 Portugal got to the semi finals and Ronaldo was the best young player of that tournament
"best young" is different from "best"grin. Im talking about this ongoing world cup. The highest they will go is the round of 16.
Sports › Re: Lionel Messi Celebrates 31st Birthday With Lovely Photos by FoolishBoy419: 9:45pm On Jun 24, 2018
TeamSimple:
Don't mind them . Ronaldo has had three bad previous World Cup tournaments but was never heavily critized like Messi is now . Messi had his own moment before him in 2014 but they till never acknowledged his greatness then. Just because he is off now he becomes a nobody .

I just pity Messi situation in world football. The pressure is too much on him. For him it is a case of you must perform whether you like it or not , while for Ronaldo he doesn't have to perform . Ronaldo bad days are often overlooked while his good days are over celebrated to the high heaven (kudos to European media ). While Messi on the other hand gets little or no praise when he does something magestic. It is clear that most people wait for Messi's few times of failure just to get at him . Same people never applaud him when he does good becomes to them he has to do it .

Two examples was when he singlehandedly knocked out Chelsea out of the champions league , little was written about him and his greatness after the match but immediately he went off against Roma due to nursing injury the whole European attacked him for being too casual .

Another is when he took Argentina to the World Cup with a Hatrick , the European media felt reluctant to eulogies him as much as they do when he fails . They never talked about him being the only scorer for the so called world class Argentina team in 19 months in an official match . But they are quick to rubbish him for having two bad games in 2018 . While Ronaldo is being worshipped for finally having his best tournament outing for Portugal in decades .
That is exactly the main reason why i started supporting messi. As a man united fan i have always loved ronaldo but at a point i realized that Messi is hardly praised for his performance (consisting of good dribbles, good passes, good positiioning, team play, sportsmanship, assists, etc) While ronaldo who hardly contributes to the team work but scores lots of goals gets overpraised. Even when Messi missed the pk come and see how they were fooling themselves as if their oga has never missed before. Its a shame but they will soon be exposed. Morocco nearly defeated them and i believe once portugal gets to the round of 16, it will be overgrin

If you look closely the herdsmen use guerrilla tactics... attack and dissappear. The average herdsman you see doesnt have anything more than his stick so you can't easily find the criminals among them. The same way random people kill thousands in America. If they cant protect themselves how do you expect them to protect you? use your brain
Politics › Re: Who Else Thinks It Is Time For America To Send Troups To Defend Northen Xtians by FoolishBoy419: 7:06pm On Jun 24, 2018
So this is how gullible and ignorant Nigerians are. Well for a start, America never intervenes for the sake of humanity. If a poor country should go to war there you wont see them there no matter what cos they have nothing to gain but if it were a rich country, they would just bomb everywhere (including the christians) and take away the resources. Moreover Its not limited to any religion. Boko haram killed more muslims than christians just that the christians make too much noise and love being victims. How about you use the word "Nigerians" instead?
