You cannot be 100% sure we are not in negotiation with some those players in bold. The transfer window still has a long way to go, we will have to be patient to get our top targets. Negotiating to sign players contracted to other clubs is not that easy these days.
Besides, our rivals( Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal) are not pulling than trees this transfer window either. They have not signed a single player, I know Chelsea is on transfer ban.

The only settled team we have in this league is Man City, if our rivals do not improve their squad they will suffer also. Forget the season Liverpool just had, they will not replicate that next season if they do not sign quality players to compete with Firmino,Salah and Mane.

I hope we get our top transfer targets and we do not have to settle for 3rd options.

You guys keep comparing Real Madrid easy dealings in the transfer market with ours when we do not have the same lure. Real Madrid are in the Champions league and won 3 back to back champions league and we are not even in the competition next season. We are not even the best team in Manchester, realistically no player will choose Manchester united ahead of Real Madrid unless we are going to be paying ridiculous wages(Sanchez wages). Can this great club still lure Eden Hazard, Mbappe, Neymar, Mo Sallah,Harry Kane?

If Lyon were to sell Ferland Mendy to us they will be quoting €130M Euros same with Jovic which makes negotiation really hard for Woodward. All these clubs now see us as potential maga, if Everton were the one bidding for Wan Bissaka they would have sealed this deal long ago with £35 Million Pounds maximum. Let us be patient, Ed Woodward will get it right this summer, he needs to still play hardball with some of these Over-demanding clubs.

If Lukaku is not going to be committed to this course 100%, we will have to let him go at the right price. I wish him all the best at Inter Milan. Can we get Lewandowski or Cavani? just to add maturity and experience to that front line. There is really dearth of top top strikers available at the moment. If Lukaku goes, we will need 2 strikers in my opinion. Can't we have three Number 9's?

I still want us to keep Lukaku. We cannot rely on Rashford/Martial to lead the line all season, they lack maturity at times. Romelu Lukaku,can still do a job upfront, don't know why Ole wants to freeze him out for Rashford,lingard and Martial. We used to have Rooney, Tevez, Berbatov, Hernandez different kind of quality strikers.

If Solskjaer needs Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Daniel James, Bruno Fernandes etc to succeed next season, the board should back him 100% irrespective of the amount. We must learn to respect our manager's first choice list and trust is sense of judgement. He needs to be given free hand to rebuild this team, just the way our Arab neighbor trusted Pep with those signings.

Maybe I am the only optimistic fan that believes Solskjaer can turn things around for this great club. We are going to have an Okay season, trust me.

If we cannot get Koulibaly,Ole gunnar solskjaer should get to work(Coach) and bring the best out of the defenders we already have. Bailey, Linderlof, Jones, Smalling can be worse than Lovren,Matip, Davinson Sanchez, David Luiz, John Stones, Rudiger, Shkodran Mustafi, Pique. We have other pressing areas which we need to concentrate on,let us spend wisely.

I will choose £60M Wan-Bissaka over £25M Meunier if I have the chance. Meunier play is getting slow, limited and predictable.

I like him too. We should get him, he could be the next Frank Lampard. He can shoot very well, he will contribute heavily with goals and assists.

Daniel James is still a proper Championship player,he has a long way to go. Wilfred Zaha ceiling was higher when we bought him from the Championship and he couldn't live up to the expectation.

We still need 4 to 5 specialist players if we are to compete next season. I hope the signings will start coming in after the International transfer window opens next week.

Manchester united have the highest number of released players (15) in the premier league this summer already (https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/11737119/premier-league-players-released-in-summer-2019) . We need to start bringing in bodies instead of worrying about who to ship out, once we bring in quality players, we can start thinking of selling more players. Real Madrid has concentrated more on recruiting players now and will take care of the deadwood (Bale & Co) later. Liverpool still have players(Lallana,Chamberlain etc) that barely kicked the ball last season in their books same way we have Rojo.

Lukaku wants to leave, De Gea refused to agree on a new contract, Sanchez might leave, Pogba already thinking of joining Hazard in Madrid, we have lost Fellaini, Herreira and Valencia already. How many senior experience players can we afford to loose in 1 transfer window without proper acquisition?,are we going to be relying on young players like Rashford, Daniel James to stir us through a tough transitioning season.

We don't need Rice oooo, Please Woodward. I thought anything Guardiola touches turns to Gold, i guess Jones Stones is an exception, because he hasn't got better under Pep. He made 3 huge mistakes today.

John Stones has been useless, lost is man for the equalizing goal and gave away the 2nd goal cheaply. This dude was grossly over-hyped then by the British media as the next Tony Adams.

I will choose Aaron Wan-Bissaka ahead of Munueir to compete with Dalot for that right back spot. We need a proper right winger(Pepe) to compliment them on that right side.

If De Ligt wants to develop as a player he better goes to Barcelona where they dominate possession, if he comes to Manchester united he will only suffer. John stones suffered from the same hype, he is lucky that he plays for Mancity. We need Koulibaly or stick to Bailey(Fit) and Lindelorf.

I still have glimmer of hope for Linderlof and Bailey center back partnership if we cannot agree a fee for Koulibaly. I am not too sold on De Ligt, Glen Murray, Ashley Barnes and co will bully him aerially, he couldn't handle Llorente.

That Chelsea team were very efficient, they won 13 straight games(A record then). Conte miscalculated the next season by selling off Costa and replacing him with Morata ,Bakayoko for Matic etc. He altered the spine of that team with inferior players.

Yea, we need 4- 5 quality new players to compete again. I am only against disposing off more senior squad members,we have lost 3 already, we still need Ashley young and co in the dressing room for now,not as a starter. We need a Right back, Right winger(Pepe), Midfielder and a striker.

Chelsea finished 31 points behind Leicester city 15/16 season, they went on to win the league the next season with just few additions( Ngolo Kante, Marcos Alonso,David Luiz,Batshuayi, Return of Victor Moses) they did not rip the team apart they still had dead woods then. It is going to be gradual overhaul of the squad, we cannot get more than 4-5 max new players this new season. Other teams might be useless next season also.

Herrera is leaving because they were not ready to pay him the money he wanted not because they want to discard him.

I was only making reference to the list above. How many games did Cahill, Sturridge or Jagielka played? We have lost 3 senior players already (Fellaini, Valencia, Herreira) and we have to replace them before dispatching any other senior squad member. With 4 new quality additions to this squad we can compete next season. This group of players finished 2nd in the penultimate premier league season. It is not all doom and gloom, there is no need to panic buy.
