A lot of positive to take out of today's game, I am glad our strikers(Martial & Rashford) were on the score sheet today and seeing that big grin on Martial's face after he scored. This is going to build their confidence in front of goal.

Chelsea finished 10th in 2015/2016 season with a massive 31 Points behind Leicester ooo. They went on to sign ( Ngolo Kante, Marcos Alonso,David Luiz,Batshuayi) and won the league 2016/2017 season with the same bag of beans Matic, slow Fabregas, useless Cahill, headless chicken Williams etc that finished 10th (sarcasm) . I guess they should have sold off dozen of the players that finished 10th the previous season and sign brand new 8 players to address all areas of the pitch in 1 transfer window.

The only key signing was Ngolo Kante, and they won the league conveniently with a coach new to the league(Conte). Listen, Wan Bissaka and Maguire are key signings to us and will definitely elevate us to atleast 3rd position this season, I am very sure of that.

All these pessimism and prophesy of doom is uncalled for. The same set of players went on 12 games unbeaten run or so last season when Ole came with goals to go with it, they tailed off during the later part of the season due to defensive problems and fitness issue. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has gone on to address the fitness and defensive issue during pre-season. Why not wait and see how well this players have improved and the result of the pre-season hard work by the coaching staff.

People keep talking about AC Milan match and how we were outplayed, does that mean the players are not allowed to have an off day during pre-season game that we even won on penalties. Like I said earlier, I really wanted us to sign Bruno Fernandes, maybe i am just making an excuse for the management team and coaching staff for not signing him. We definitely need 1 extra body in that midfield and striking position, but if doesn't materialized, the ones that we have here should step up.

I am a big fan of Bruno fernandes, I would like to trust our coaching staff for not wanting to go all out for him. Maybe there is something we non-professionals are not seeing with our naked eyes scouting wise.

Why are the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona,Bayern, Juventus,PSG,Mancity,Athletico Madrid not scrambling to sign Bruno fernandes knowing that he will add goals to their midfield. PSG has gone on to sign 3 New midfielders(Herreira, Idrissa Gueye,Pablo Sarabia) likewise other big clubs. Spurs is not a big club yet.

If stats are anything to go by, Dusan Tadic(Southampton reject) scored 28 goals and 14 assists last season for Ajax,even with this stats, I am not sure any Manchester united fan wants Dusan Tadic at the moment because in hindsight they already know how he fared in the Premier League. Maybe our coaching staff are not really bothered about Bruno Fernandes stats last season. Nabil Fekir scored 18goals and 7 assist for Lyon 2017/2018 season but he his now plying is trade in Real Betis.

Klopp did not panicked and sign 7 players last season because he finished 25 Points behind Manchester city, he knew Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Robertson and co will improve with proper coaching and tactics. I repeat, we have enough talent in our squad, let the coaching team gets to work and bring out the best in them, if they fail they have no excuse. Don't get me wrong, I will welcome further additions to this squad before transfer deadline, if it doesn't materialized the rest players should get to work, we are Manchester united.

I don't know why people think making wholesale changes to a squad in one transfer window will have any positive impact .
