Just look at how accurate I was going into the 2019/2020 season talking about the lads' goals return.

I said the chances of Simy scoring 20 is Serie B is higher than an Ujah scoring 15 in Bundesliga.

Fast forward to today and Simy indeed delivered 20 goals. See, talking football is not hard when you are true and not led by bias like some deluded folks in here. grin
Simy is known to be a lion in second divisions but he is yet to replicate this in the first tier.

Meanwhile, Ujah has scored double digit goals for 2 consecutive seasons in the Bundesliga.

Can you see how deluded you are right now?

Check the post i replied to. If we're saying because we don't have an AM in the top 5 leagues and should look for one outside Europe - I'm asking who outside Europe would be a better option than we have currently??
We have AM in top 10 league in Europe.

Hahahahahaha.... Oga there is no need digging. You were all over the place defending Ujah and even predicting that I should hold tears for Nacho. grin You said Ujah will perform but alas he failed.

Andrew even mentioned that if Ujah makes 15 goals in Bundesliga, he will be invited and I said t won't happen. Bcoz the lad is crap. And at 29/30, I wasn't expecting a miracle overnight. But you barged in as always to defend your mediocres. Insisting that Ujah could hit 15 goals while Nacho could end up flopping. grin

In the end... 2019/2020 have come and gone. And we see who was proven right. So there is no need to show you a thing. You will always argue even when shown how wrong you were in your assertions. It is your way. Hahahahaha. grin

Yawns.

You said Ujah will have a better season than Nacho. grin
You said Ujah will do well in the Bundesliga and I told it won't happen overnight b'cos the lad is bang average and won't do better than what he has shown already.

I told you Nacho will have a good season and a much better season compared to your boy, Ujah and he did. Nacho did so well infact. 10 goals and 4-5 assists in all competitions. 5 goals and 4 assists in the EPL in 960mins of football. Nacho had a good season and was above average.

So you lost the bet. That's the real case closed. Deal with it. grin
Show me. I know you are lying but I will give the benefit of doubt to redeem yourself.

What exactly do you guys mean by "technical"

If we're talking about "touch"(or ball control) - Giroud is the best on there(Yes Giroud's touch is crazy"wink

If we're talking about hold up/link up play - Harry Kane is the best on there.

If we're talking about being skillful - none of them are particularly that skillful but Kane pulls off skill moves when he wants to.

If we're talking about vision - while Nacho might have a better final pass - Kane is all better all-round imo(anyone that wants to argue this should watch this when they have the time https://streamable.com/amp_player/xyz4m?__twitter_impression=true....I hate the guy but it is what it is)

If we're talking about flair/elegance(i.e looking pleasing to the eye) - hmmm i don't rate any of them on that sha grin grin...guess you could say Nacho takes this one.

If you're talking about shooting technique - its between Kane and Nacho.

So its really not straight forward. None of these are really WC technicians.
One thing is for certain though - Nacho's all round game is average at best. I've been saying it and will stick to it.
I didn't watch the guy during his U17 days. I'm basing it what I've seen from his displays at senior level.
His greatest qualities are his clinical finishing and being able to slip that final ball once in a while. His dribbling is average. His hold up play is average. His touch is average. All this is obvious to anyone who watches him extensively and doesn't let nostalgia of his U17 performances blind them.
The bolded answers it all.

This is an extract from the 20 all time most technical players.

When it comes to control, sheer skill, and the potential to mesmerise, it's easy to reel off a few names that spring to mind.

Not those who perhaps rely on other attributes, such as power, to get past their opponents, but those who have been blessed with a gloriously light touch, the ability to contort their bodies beyond recognition, and a vision to see things most players simply aren't aware of going on around them.

All the aforementioned players are not technical in this context.

You lost the bet Forgiveness. You lost it big time. You and Elyte simply lost it on Ujah and Nacho.

Iheanacho performed very well in the EPL in 2019/2020 as a backup striker. He was beyond decent. In all competitions, his stats were very good too.

And Ujah failed to shine in the Bundesliga just as I told you he will.

Both were not average. Infact, None were average. Ujah was below average while Nacho was well above average and had a solid season for a backup striker.

And who is Kayode in this context?? Scoring in Turkey?? What's that please? grin What is Turkey compared to the the EPL? You really are desperate with the way you keep promoting your favorite lads who are still wallowing in the depths of mediocrity. Kayode just returned to Turkey with Sivasspor while lads like Arokodare and Moffi head to better leagues. You are funny.

And Maja scoring in Ligue 1 is commendable but I recall not so long ago, you were berating the credibility of scoring in Ligue 1.

Were you not the one yapping nonsense about Tammy performing in the EPL even insinuating he is better than those doing it in Ligue 1 and insisting Mbappe is yet to perform beyond Ligue 1. Didn't you say Mbappe is yet to show himself in a stronger league? You even stopped short of insinuating that Tammy is better bcoz you know you will be lynched by everyone (everyone except Chelsea fans ofcos) grin. Well, Nacho performed in the EPL in 2019/20 for a backup striker not so? Well, then...case closed. grin

In all, You simply lost the bet on Iheanacho vs Ujah. I said Nacho will have a solid campaign in 2019/2020 and he did. I also said Ujah will not shine in Germany b'cos he is absolutely bang average and would not just improve overnight and Ujah proved me right. He was simply disappointing in Germany. wink
I didn't have any bet with you. I only said the door should be opened to him.

Iheanacho performed very well as a backup striker!?

Was Ujah not a backup striker too?

Why are you so biased like this, huh?

They equally had the same numbers of starts but Iheanachoe had more game time in the EPL than Ujah in the Bundesliga.

Iheanacho scored 5 and had 4 assists EPL while Ujah had 3 goals and 2 assists in the Bundesliga.

How did Iheanacho do better? Bhuhahahaha! grin

Both were BELOW AVERAGE at best. grin

Stop sugarcoating mediocre.

Why are you deceiving yourself like this, huh? If a player scores 15 goals in the Turkish league and another scores 2 goals, who will you prefer? shocked

Is this not mediocrity at best?

Less I forget, were you not the one hyping and applauding the call of Frank Onyeka from the lowly Danish league?

Were you not insinuating the Danish league is better than the Laliga?

Can you look yourself for once and see you are the one wallowing in the depth of mediocre?

Let me educate you, Tammy is not only doing it in the EPL but for Chelsea. Is Chelsea and PSG the same level?

There's no way Tammy is better than Mbappe. Let me reiterate this again.

The point still remains that Maja performed better than Iheanacho this season.

Iheanacho and Ujah were below average in their respective leagues. Story closed.

Hahahahahahahahahaha..... So now Clips won't cut it abi?? But it is a similar metric you clowns use naa. You guys see moments in a game when Nacho loses a ball or doesn't get the right pass and b'cos of those moments you tag him not technical.

And is it I who called him a Ronaldinho? Infact the point was not in him being called Ronaldinho... The point was in what he did in the clip but now you want to downplay it and use stats only... Fine. grin

Alright man.. Let us bring up the stats then. grin

I believe you agree that Harry Kane is VERY TECHNICAL. And I am sure according to you, Tammy Abraham is also highly technical. Or what about Vardy? He is more technical than Iheanacho is he not? grin And Giroud too I suppose. Yeah... Who knows?

Let us see what the stats tell us, shall we?

That should tell you he doesn't know shinshin about football. He just blab and blab and use transfer market to cover his lack of football knowledge. Nacho is not a technical poor player. Technical player is a master of the technique of the game including shooting, passing, and dribbling. Nacho doesn't lack any of this aforementioned qualities especially in the area of shooting and making defence splitting pass. That was how you lot made a false statement on how nacho can't dribble until a video was posted which debunked y'all false statement and now y'all are on this same track yammering nonsense. Technical players to you mean someone that like to dilly dally on the ball like that mumu Madison or someone caressing the ball unnecessary according to y'all. And please all these deluded and "obviously biased" Chelsea fans should not pollute the thread with their rubbish debates. We all know the only reason they speak for Tammy is b'cos he is a blue.

There is absolutely no way Tammy is on Osimhen's level. Osimhen worked his way up and earned a World Class Transfer fee. His €80M+ move didn't come about b'cos they wanted to do him a bloody favor. Victor earned every penny of that record move. The lad showed the beastly qualities needed to command that fee and that hype.

Tammy got into Chelsea's First XI for 2019/2020 b'cos of a transfer ban. And now he is out of it b'cos Chelsea's ban have been lifted and he is now backup to Werner.

In OSIMHEN'S case, Milik is being kicked out b'cos of him. Petagna is his backup. Mertens will be given a modified attacking role all b'cos of Osimhen's arrival.

How do you begin to compare a kid that was handed a starting shirt on a platter in his country of birth b'cos of a transfer ban circumstance to a kid who battled his way up from Germany's tough times to Belgium and then to Ligue 1 where he made huge marks and now he is in a Top side like Napoli(?)

You insult the talents of Osimhen to even begin such comparison.

Fact remains if Tammy had chosen Nigeria.... HE WILL BE BLOODY BENCHED!!!! WHY?? Osimhen is simply better. As an all-round center forward, Osimhen offers much more and brings much more to the table. Anyone who knows their football can clearly see that!!!

And Tammy doesn't have the Will and the Fire to lead the attack of Africa's most popular Football playing nation. The weight of the Super Eagles #9 shirt will be too much for the lad. That's the truth. He is decent and a good number 9 but we have a much more powerful and more impactful Number 9 in Osimhen.

Osimhen has the presence of a born #9. Tammy simply doesn't give off same aura.

Finito!
All these na still your personal opinion. Ko Kan aye. Lol grin

Ligue 1 is a top 5 league just like the EPL is a top 5 league. Only difference is Ligue 1 is #5. EPL is #2. Ligue 1 has improved from over five years ago where their impact factor for goals was 1.5 but now it is 2.0 just like the EPL. That shows Ligue 1 has made some very good upgrades in quality. Yes, it is rated below the EPL but it is no low level league.

Also, Tiago Silva played in Serie A rated #4 (#3 at some point) in Europe and Ligue 1 rated #5. Both are below the EPL in rankings so would you say Silva is rubbish since he has not played in a higher league than the EPL??
Haba! I said it's a low level league compared to EPL.

Sometimes club can be considered better than a team in a top league.

Seria A was ranked above EPL and was the 2nd best league in Europe 3 years before Tiago joined. It shows it was already a quality League hence can't say it's a rubbish league but in recent years, we know the quality has diminished though it is currently resurging.
