Where did CAF say Aina was our best defender?
CAF dropped the stats immediately after the tournament and it was displayed here.

No , he wasn't! He was not better than Omeruo , Eking nor Awaziem. You out of nowhere say things that makes no sense.
Go and tell that to CAF.

Applied for a switch since January but it obviously has been delayed (no thanks in part to Covid). Lookman has settled for Nigeria but his papers are still with FIFA.
What is FIFA waiting for? They should free the boy. Thanks for the info

Must I?

I've seen enough to conclude that he isn't up to scratch. He may have few positive patches here and there, but, he's still below average.

Ebuehi, Ehizube are all better than him.
Your personal opinion. Aina was our best defender at 2019 AFCON. Now, that matters.

I just hope everything is finalised before he hits it once again, the signs are already there. Like I said in their match against Brentford, this boy is too good to play for Fulham, boy is heads and shoulders above all Fulham players.
It was very obvious. Perhaps, thesupernerd can give update on the paper work!?

I was not pleased Azeez was dropped from the team.

However, since he was the best player in his team last season and played well after seeing, I need to do the needful.

Unfortunately, I missed such an interesting game. However, my point is actually against the negative philosophy.

I know Mourinho can play in an offensive fashion. We saw a lot in Real Madrid, especially before the spanking by Barcelona.

If he continues in that fashion, he has my support.

I will try to see more.

NB Mourinho used to be a tactical Assistant to Van Gaal.
Who set the metric standard for negative or positive philosophy in football? Na you?

That was almost a year ago. Remember Onuachu had just joined Genk last season and was second fiddle until Samata left to Aston Villa. They both started on a clear slate this season and in fact Dessers was the starter to begin with. if Onuachu continues like this Dessers won't play so what will Rohr have to say next time?
Of course, he has to choose based on performance. But for now, Dessers deserves it.

In fact let's just get this straight. Juventus did everything possible to hand that title to someone else. They were like please take it and Inter was "no ooo I am ok with second place" grin Lazio were like "don't look at me ooo finishing above Roma is better than the serie a in Rome" grin Atalanta own was "if people know how good we are they will either take all our players or our players will start wanting more money" grin
Hahahaha! Hilarious. grin

But I think Inter Milan might win this time around because of Conte.

Dessers made a bad move. He moved to a team with 2 Nigerians at his position. This was bound to happen if u ask me. If Onuachu was from Brazil we would all be praying for his form downfall but now what can we dohuh His move only made Onuachu relevant once again because he keeping a guy who made the list on the bench. Now he is putting Rohr in a bad position. The coach is only lucky that his match is in Europe and not naija because these are the questions the media will surely ask
Dessers was the highest goalscorer in the Eredivisie league in just concluded season with15 goals and has scored two goals already this season.

In all competitions last season, he scored 18 goals while Onuachu scored 9 league goals and 10 in all seasons.

Onuachu goals for both seasons combined is not even up to what Dessers scored last season.

I am not saying Onuachu should not be considered if he continues to do well but Dessers deserves to be called for now.

Last year was very interesting ooo. Inter and Lazio just ran out of steam. Even Atalanta had a chance when the restart came about. I just think people won't agree they it is interesting unless Juventus loses and that is not their business.
Hahahaha! Juv own don do na. Haba! grin

I actually like the way they play in Seria A. Typical of how they play in Aba but knowing the winner from the beginning makes it boring.

Juve, inter and Napoli are my contenders but we might need a dmf at Naples to become real contenders. Zielinski and Fabian Ruiz are mad underrated too. Right now Napoli is the arsenal of Italy along with Atalanta and Lazio
Anyhow, it's going to be interesting unlike before you know champion before the league starts.

Haaland is better than both Tammy and Osimhen.
Contrary to what some people are saying on here, I don't think the difference between Osimhen and Tammy is as large as they are making it out to be.
If Tammy played for naija, 80 percent of his detractors on here would be singing a different tune.
I don't agree Haaland is better than both players.

This is Haaland first season in top flight football and has not done anything exceptional than the duo.

I agree with your last paragraph.

It is possible, Dont be quick to forget you have severally labeled Ighalo average yet he had 14+ goals in a single premier league season for lowly Watford(Who came up from relegation that season )
So Based on the Context, within the HERE and NOW,with no emotive bias or Prejudice , Someone can borrow a leaf from you and call Tammy" bang Average"

PS:In my opinion ,Tammy isn't average though
Are you sure you read me labelled Ighalo average? Bhuhahahaha!

Sorry, this is wrong person.
