I don't know why some Nigerians just want things handed to them for free. Even countries like Niger buy petrol at higher pump price than Nigeria, and so do many countries world over. Nigerians don't want to hear that government is spending huge amounts on subsidy payments but at the same time want petrol to remain cheap. The only thing that could had mitigated this quagmire we find ourselves in was having refineries with capacity to satisfy our consumption needs thereby not worrying about importing petrol. But since we didn't do that, then we have to live with between the devil and the deep blue sea. Anybody that says he/she has a work around is lying
