Is sex for couples sinful? Why d abstinence during fasting?

If a couple embarks on 3 days dry fasting, don't u think sex should be avoided for the period?

This question has been ringing in my mind for some time and I will like to hear peoples view on it. Is it proper for couples to have sexual intercourse during fasting? I am not talking of unmarried people cause theirs is a write-off.

Your opinion, please.

Back it up with scriptures, where necessary.

I will like us to cast our mind back to 2015 and recall if there was an achievement that blew your mind or something that you can hardly forget in the year (2015) it could be good or bad thing and also our expectations for the year 2016.

Mtn has sent me messages over the weeks that I should complete my sim registration which I have been ignoring. I have done my registration before and they even called months or years back asking for some information meant to update my registration. Besides, I can't even think of going to that mtn office which is always filled up.

In Sunday, they send me a message saying that if I don't complete my sim registration, I'll be disconnected on Monday which I ignored. Then, on Tuesday, that was yesterday, they then send me a message saying I can give them the permission to use my bvn to update my sim registration. That I should text YES to 799.

Well, it was an easier option which I took.

Pls did they open your line after you replied them? Cos I got same message but am scared that it maybe scammers sending such msgs

Nice one, I must confess, but there's a type of stew no body made mention of. Its called pepper stew. I used to eat it at a joint where people specifically go there to it eat. It not like the regular stew with much pepper. I need to learn that. Anybody with idea should please share it here.
