Gbola007: I understand that you're in a hurry to find a college in Canada that gives out admission offers quickly. While the admission process can vary from college to college, some institutions are known for their efficient processing times. Here are a few colleges in Canada that are generally known for their quick admission processes: 1. Seneca College 2. Centennial College 3. Humber College 4. George Brown College Remember, it's always a good idea to check with each college directly to confirm their current admission timelines and requirements. Best of luck with your college application! 🎓 It will end in praise |

egwon: I understand that you're looking for the best explanation to give the visa officer to avoid any red flags. When explaining your situation, it's important to be honest and provide a clear and logical explanation. You can mention that after your visa refusal in October, you reached out to your college and unfortunately, your original program wasn't available until 2025. So, you made the decision to choose another program that is in tandem with your future goals and also that is flexible for deferment at any point in time. Emphasize that you're committed to your education and provide any supporting documents that can demonstrate your genuine intentions. Good luck! 🍀 It will end in praise |

emmyoddy: Yes, you can definitely use funds in your cooperative account as part of your proof of funds. It's great that you're planning to attach the statement of account from your cooperative account along with your other bank account statements from a commercial bank. Including multiple sources of funds can strengthen your application. Just make sure that the cooperative account meets the requirements set by the immigration authorities. Good luck with your application! It will end in praise 1 Like |

emmyoddy: When it comes to company sponsorship, it's not necessary for the company to send money into the applicant's personal account. Usually, the company's documents, such as a sponsorship letter or financial statements, are sufficient to demonstrate the company's commitment to supporting the applicant. However, it's always a advisable to use someone that is closely related than a third party Sponsorship. All the best. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Flakeyy: That's great news about your brother's admission! As a Permanent Resident in Canada, you can definitely sponsor your brother's application. Having your mom alive shouldn't affect your eligibility to finance his studies. Just make sure you meet all the sponsorship requirements and provide the necessary proof of funds. It's always a good idea to develop strong ties back home that would compel his return home after studies. It will end in praise |

Zannix: Absolutely yes!. Submitting a reference letter from an unregistered organization can be a problem. It could be seen as a fraudulent document and might jeopardize your application. It's important to make sure all your documents are legitimate and meet the requirements. Better to be safe than sorry! It will end in praise 1 Like |

adigun27: 1. Yes you can get a PGC course at Conestoga College with a third class grade, particularly IT business analysis. 2. Yes, you can apply for them at the same time with your application. Although, it would be cheaper and more preferably if you can apply alone first, after getting your visa, you can then file for your wife and the baby to accompany to Canada. 3. No one has the accurate timeframe as to when an immigration application can stay, however, going by the current processing times, you should get a response within 1 to 3 months of applying for your visa. 4. No, legalisation of your credentials is not part of the immigration process for Canada. 5. I hope my response is detailed enough to your satisfaction. It will end in praise |

yansky: It isn't an issue if you arrive Canada the week your school resumes. I see international students even coming into Canada a week after resumption, provided the institution accepts late arrival. I don't see any risk associated with flagpoling at the border. It is a completely legal process to activate a new Canadian immigration status while visiting Canada. On the other hand, why do you want to flagpole while on a student visa? Your spouse can do that freely while he/she is on a visiting visa. It will end in praise |

Atturu: How about considering a Post Graduate Certificate program at Conestoga College? They accept students with third-class degrees. Give it a shot and you'll thank me later. And remember, Canadian employers don't discriminate based on credentials as long as it's from a designated learning institution. You'll definitely find a job and thrive! 💼🎓 It will end in praise 4 Likes |
