ysth: I'm sorry to hear about your misplaced international passport. Don't worry, there's a solution! Since the VFS officials instructed you to get a fresh one for visa issuance, I recommend getting it quickly. Don't be scared, IRCC won't deny your application. milroz: The SOP you submitted during your admission process may not serve the exact purpose for an immigration application. Its better off that you should revamp the letter so as to cover the important clauses such as : Why Canada and not Nigeria, The financial sponsor for your studies, family ties back home, future goals after studies etc. It will end in praise 1 Like |

subzheero: What will you gain from tarnishing someone else's reputation? I will need you to provide verifable evidence on this honourable platform that will substantiate the below claims you've against me and my reputable consultancy firm: 1. Provide evidence that I'm a fraduentlent person. 2. Evidence where I sent you the aforementioned bank statements with precise dates. 3. Clear demonstration of phone calls b/w you and I, where I agreed that my firm provides bank statement services for her clients. Failure not to provide these information to the public, I will take this as a sabotage to the strong recognition I have on this platform and as such I will implore the moderator to verify the real identity of this handle. I have never scammed nor lured any of my client to use a fraudulent statement without their consent, knowing fully well the consequences. Genuinely, every client signs a retainer agreement with our firm before the start of the process and part of the agreement contract states that we are not responsible for providing bank statement and in the event that one provides any that is fraudulent, he/she should truthfully declare same. I see no reason you should come here to spoil the legacy I have toiled to build for several years. I have contributed so much to this platform, and I have never forced or asked any applicant to retain our firm. I trust a lot of persons here would testify to my standing. Pleased refrain from working so hard to pull down my outstanding track record, for there is no gain in this. I wish you all the best. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Phamoxy: Sorry about the outcome of your study permit application. From the excerpt you shared, I can deduct that the Visa officer is concerned about the absence of satisfactory evidence as to how you got the accrued funds in your bank account. I feel you should work on providing as many documents as possible to substantiate your employment as a Project manager. Aside from your regular job, do you get income from rentals or investments, if yes, put it into writing and add documents to support your claims. It will end in praise 3 Likes 1 Share |

I have been looking forward to seeing the end of the Part 22 thread, and it is with great joy that I welcome you all to a fresh beginning. We thank God for keeping us alive to witness this new phase and on this ground, we return all the glory to him. I have a strong conviction that the birth of this thread will initiate positive changes to individual applications on this platform, thus leading to massive success stories. As a senior member of this platform, I would want to invoke the power in the name of Jesus Christ and speak in life into every TRV application, awaiting a response from IRCC. Today, I come with the full anointing of the Holy Ghost and I stand as an Oracle of the Most high God to decree and declare that as many of you that are believing God for TRV success, may God in heaven open every closed doors in your life and may the Visa officers at the Canadian embassy be forced to grant you your visas... Brethren, there is no immigration case God can't solve. Believe in his word that “He Makes every Crooked places Straight." I am a strong believer that this part 23 which we've long been expecting, will be filled with lots of testimonies and successful stories in Jesus' Name! If you believe strongly in the grace of God Almighty, as you punch on the LIKE BUTTON, may heaven intervene in your case, and may your application find favour in the sight of the responsible immigration officer. As you shout the loudest AMEN!, may it come to perfection in Jesus' name! Your case is settled forever... Go and Rejoice for your success story is near. Part 23 Grace --------------------------》100% Loaded! I am rooting for everyone and looking forward to a prolific reign on this thread. I'm also committed to ensuring the continuity and progress of this window. As always, IT WILL END IN PRAISES FOR EVERYONE Thank you @Justwise for creating this new chapter of the thread. Kudos to you for the job well-done. 51 Likes |

Godfav1: I can understand how difficult it would be travelling to Canada all alone without your partner. However, you need to sacrifice for a few months so as to achieve a positive outcome on your application before filling for your hubby to join you. More importantly, it is better to apply from your home country where you've adequate ties than from the UK. Your application is at risk of being denied should you apply from the UK. Tolexy001: I regret to hear that your study visa was refused. From the excerpt you've shared, the visa officer is not convinced that you've the financial wherewithal and assets to support your stated studies in Canada. Secondly, your purpose of visit to Canada is not logical given your previous education and current work experience. This is due to inconsistencies in the information you've provided in support of your immigration application. My advice for a case like this is to build your financial statement and show enough funds in your bank account or Sponsor's account (whichever that is applicable to you). Provide valuation reports for your assets back home and explain how those properties would compel your return home after studies. Do you receive rental payment from your assets? If yes, provide tenancy agreement and receipts. Additionally, your proposed course of study is it directly relevant to your current employment? It is important for you to show some level of career progression especially for the field you've chosen to specialize in Canada. It will end in praise 2 Likes |

Republic001: There are two different portals through which you can submit your study permit application. 1. The first and well-known portal is the GC Key. Here is the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html 2. The second is the new portal. Here is the link: https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en Any of the two links works perfectly. However, none of these portals can influence the processing times of your application. Personally, I would suggest using the old portal for it gives room for bulky documents. It will end in praise 5 Likes |

SouthernBreeze: For the sake of clarity, Conestoga College doesn't offer a Master's program. Please check your acceptance letter, what was given to you is a graduate certificate program. Pertaining to your question about using your maternal uncle as your sponsor when you're legally married, your chances are quite slim given the fact that your uncle has his family and other responsibilities to cater for. In order for your application to scale through easily, I would suggest you apply alone by being self-sponsored or your hubby should be your sponsor. It will end in praise |

oyedamilola: Sorry for the late reply. To counter the concerns of the visa officer you need to be extremely detailed and thorough in your next application by providing exhaustive documents confirming your Sponsor's source of income and how his/her assets serves as an additional income. With regards to the second concern about your current Employment in Nigeria, you need to go extra mile by getting your employer to give you a proper letter of reference affirming your work experience at the organisation, your annual remuneration, bonuses and job responsibilities. If possible, they should give you a study leave with pay as this would considerably bolster your application and overcome the aforementioned concern raised by the visa officer. Godfav1: Congratulations on your acceptance into Conestoga College to pursue your post graduate studies. Having critically analysed your profile, I will recommend you apply alone whilst your hubby remains behind. This is to help build your ties back home and also to improve the chances of your case since you don't have kids yet. As for the proof of funds, it can be in your possession or your hubby's account. Either of the two is acceptable! It will end in praise 4 Likes |

Babysoldier: Sorry about the demise of your agent. The process of getting your details is quite very simple and straightforward. Do you still have a copy of the biometrics instructions letter the agent gave to you when you went for your biometrics enrolment? If yes, you should see your UCI number and application number on the top right and left sides of the letter. Copy those figures and go straight to create a GC Key account. After the creation of your account, there will be an option for you to "LINK AN EXISTING APPLICATION TO YOUR ACCOUNT". Once you're able to provide the details about yourself and the UCI Number & App No, the application will be successfully linked and taken over by you! Follow these steps as I have described and thank me later ☺️. Best wishes. It will end in praise 5 Likes 2 Shares |
