yansky:Oh great then, she can go ahead to flagpole. Best wishes bro. It will end in praise |
sparkles007:You can get your online WAEC scratch card through https://intech.org.ng/ It will end in praise |
yansky:It isn't an issue if you arrive Canada the week your school resumes. I see international students even coming into Canada a week after resumption, provided the institution accepts late arrival. I don't see any risk associated with flagpoling at the border. It is a completely legal process to activate a new Canadian immigration status while visiting Canada. On the other hand, why do you want to flagpole while on a student visa? Your spouse can do that freely while he/she is on a visiting visa. It will end in praise |
Atturu:How about considering a Post Graduate Certificate program at Conestoga College? They accept students with third-class degrees. Give it a shot and you'll thank me later. And remember, Canadian employers don't discriminate based on credentials as long as it's from a designated learning institution. You'll definitely find a job and thrive! 💼🎓 It will end in praise |
ysth:I'm sorry to hear about your misplaced international passport. Don't worry, there's a solution! Since the VFS officials instructed you to get a fresh one for visa issuance, I recommend getting it quickly. Don't be scared, IRCC won't deny your application. Stay positive! 🌟🛂 It will end in praise |
Atturu:Why spend a lot on a pre-masters program when you can easily get a postgraduate certificate in a specialized field? It will end in praise |
Kaysher:Instead of worrying about the institution, focus on convincing the officer that you're a genuine candidate with your impressive work experience and addressing your study gaps. Also, include a well-crafted explanation letter to support your study visa request. It will end in praise |
milroz:The SOP you submitted during your admission process may not serve the exact purpose for an immigration application. Its better off that you should revamp the letter so as to cover the important clauses such as : Why Canada and not Nigeria, The financial sponsor for your studies, family ties back home, future goals after studies etc. It will end in praise |
Tessi59:The transaction may decline, the best is to get a trusted friend/family to help you complete the payment from within Canada. It will end in praise |
subzheero:You said I'm fraudulent, no clear evidence to buttress your points. I don't think your argument hold water as this is a false allegation against my personality. The more you try so hard to tarnish my image, indirectly you're making me more famous. I can only say CONTINUE. A stitch in time saves nine. It will end in praise |
subzheero:What will you gain from tarnishing someone else's reputation? I will need you to provide verifable evidence on this honourable platform that will substantiate the below claims you've against me and my reputable consultancy firm: 1. Provide evidence that I'm a fraduentlent person. 2. Evidence where I sent you the aforementioned bank statements with precise dates. 3. Clear demonstration of phone calls b/w you and I, where I agreed that my firm provides bank statement services for her clients. Failure not to provide these information to the public, I will take this as a sabotage to the strong recognition I have on this platform and as such I will implore the moderator to verify the real identity of this handle. I have never scammed nor lured any of my client to use a fraudulent statement without their consent, knowing fully well the consequences. Genuinely, every client signs a retainer agreement with our firm before the start of the process and part of the agreement contract states that we are not responsible for providing bank statement and in the event that one provides any that is fraudulent, he/she should truthfully declare same. I see no reason you should come here to spoil the legacy I have toiled to build for several years. I have contributed so much to this platform, and I have never forced or asked any applicant to retain our firm. I trust a lot of persons here would testify to my standing. Pleased refrain from working so hard to pull down my outstanding track record, for there is no gain in this. I wish you all the best. It will end in praise |
Nik4kk:It's not to be bothered about. You can send a copy of the medical certificate to IRCC via any of the below webforms. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application It will end in praise |
Letusconnect:You can do the both so your mind can be at ease. It will end in praise |
Mmcandy21:Not to worry, Canada and Turkey don't have sharing information agreement. To the best of my knowledge, i don't see the importance of declaring such info on your file. It will end in praise |
ChikaIJ55:For one year course, you should've a closing balance of 18M going by the current exchange rate. On the other hand for two years course, having an available balance of 24M would do. It will end in praise |
Phamoxy:Sorry about the outcome of your study permit application. From the excerpt you shared, I can deduct that the Visa officer is concerned about the absence of satisfactory evidence as to how you got the accrued funds in your bank account. I feel you should work on providing as many documents as possible to substantiate your employment as a Project manager. Aside from your regular job, do you get income from rentals or investments, if yes, put it into writing and add documents to support your claims. It will end in praise |
Bobomaigida:Check Conestoga College and Niagara College, they have the courses you're looking for. It will end in praise |
Themillionman:This is true, your CGPA is quite low. Your best shot is to enrol for a College Diploma or Advanced Diploma in any of the colleges in Canada. It will end in praise |
Ogbeboriyke:This is unacceptable. Your PGD doesn't play much relevance in the admission process. My suggestion for you is to apply with your first degree and transcript for a post graduate course. It will end in praise |
freshStarz:Most schools in Canada don't require proof of English language proficiency from a Nigerian citizen. It will end in praise |
I have been looking forward to seeing the end of the Part 22 thread, and it is with great joy that I welcome you all to a fresh beginning. We thank God for keeping us alive to witness this new phase and on this ground, we return all the glory to him. I have a strong conviction that the birth of this thread will initiate positive changes to individual applications on this platform, thus leading to massive success stories. As a senior member of this platform, I would want to invoke the power in the name of Jesus Christ and speak in life into every TRV application, awaiting a response from IRCC. Today, I come with the full anointing of the Holy Ghost and I stand as an Oracle of the Most high God to decree and declare that as many of you that are believing God for TRV success, may God in heaven open every closed doors in your life and may the Visa officers at the Canadian embassy be forced to grant you your visas... Brethren, there is no immigration case God can't solve. Believe in his word that “He Makes every Crooked places Straight." I am a strong believer that this part 23 which we've long been expecting, will be filled with lots of testimonies and successful stories in Jesus' Name! If you believe strongly in the grace of God Almighty, as you punch on the LIKE BUTTON, may heaven intervene in your case, and may your application find favour in the sight of the responsible immigration officer. As you shout the loudest AMEN!, may it come to perfection in Jesus' name! Your case is settled forever... Go and Rejoice for your success story is near. Part 23 Grace --------------------------》100% Loaded! I am rooting for everyone and looking forward to a prolific reign on this thread. I'm also committed to ensuring the continuity and progress of this window. As always, IT WILL END IN PRAISES FOR EVERYONE Thank you @Justwise for creating this new chapter of the thread. Kudos to you for the job well-done. |
Godfav1:I can understand how difficult it would be travelling to Canada all alone without your partner. However, you need to sacrifice for a few months so as to achieve a positive outcome on your application before filling for your hubby to join you. More importantly, it is better to apply from your home country where you've adequate ties than from the UK. Your application is at risk of being denied should you apply from the UK. It will end in praise |
Tolexy001:I regret to hear that your study visa was refused. From the excerpt you've shared, the visa officer is not convinced that you've the financial wherewithal and assets to support your stated studies in Canada. Secondly, your purpose of visit to Canada is not logical given your previous education and current work experience. This is due to inconsistencies in the information you've provided in support of your immigration application. My advice for a case like this is to build your financial statement and show enough funds in your bank account or Sponsor's account (whichever that is applicable to you). Provide valuation reports for your assets back home and explain how those properties would compel your return home after studies. Do you receive rental payment from your assets? If yes, provide tenancy agreement and receipts. Additionally, your proposed course of study is it directly relevant to your current employment? It is important for you to show some level of career progression especially for the field you've chosen to specialize in Canada. It will end in praise |
Ikay3502:Conestoga College is facing an unusual backlogs due to several applications submitted to their office. Your admission processing will appear to be quite slow, but keep sending a reminder email for them to expedite action on your file. It will end in praise |
xpensivealex:Study Permit remains the fastest immigration route to Canada and also offers a guaranteed pathway to Permanent Residency after graduation in Canada. It will end in praise |
jaydave:Yes, he can have the entire funds in his bank account. Its never compulsory for the wife to show funds in her bank account considering that she's a student in Canada. It will end in praise |
Republic001:There are two different portals through which you can submit your study permit application. 1. The first and well-known portal is the GC Key. Here is the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html 2. The second is the new portal. Here is the link: https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en Any of the two links works perfectly. However, none of these portals can influence the processing times of your application. Personally, I would suggest using the old portal for it gives room for bulky documents. It will end in praise |
Oluebube33:1. University of Regina accepts only 500CAD tuition deposit 2. University of Winnipeg doesn't require tuition deposit 3. Memorial University in some cases doesn't require tuition deposit. You can use Google to guide you further in this regard. It will end in praise |
Youthmaster1:There is no standard practice as to when an application will be concluded after an eligibility review has been initiated by the responsible immigration officer at the consul. You can only be positive and wait for a favourable decision. It will end in praise |
SouthernBreeze:For the sake of clarity, Conestoga College doesn't offer a Master's program. Please check your acceptance letter, what was given to you is a graduate certificate program. Pertaining to your question about using your maternal uncle as your sponsor when you're legally married, your chances are quite slim given the fact that your uncle has his family and other responsibilities to cater for. In order for your application to scale through easily, I would suggest you apply alone by being self-sponsored or your hubby should be your sponsor. It will end in praise |
oyedamilola:Sorry for the late reply. To counter the concerns of the visa officer you need to be extremely detailed and thorough in your next application by providing exhaustive documents confirming your Sponsor's source of income and how his/her assets serves as an additional income. With regards to the second concern about your current Employment in Nigeria, you need to go extra mile by getting your employer to give you a proper letter of reference affirming your work experience at the organisation, your annual remuneration, bonuses and job responsibilities. If possible, they should give you a study leave with pay as this would considerably bolster your application and overcome the aforementioned concern raised by the visa officer. It will end in praise |
