Please someone should tell WAEC that if they want to make more money, they are at liberty to nullify all the certificates they have issued over the years and ask us to register online and pay for new ones. Our "landlord general" Emperor Okowa has nullified our C of O in Delta state. Even the ones obtained when he was still in his mother's womb have been "Nullified". Since revenue from Abuja has dropped our Bo-Bo don face the poor masses to raise funds for next elections. No thinking capabilities, just threaten the zombies and they will fall inline, ahahahahaha. If the government of Delta cannot bring out a well thought out plan, they should just copy and paste what Ogun state governor did simple and short. Shame!

This is not well thought out. The governor cannot nullify all existing CofO. Title holders will sue the Agency in charge of the issuance of CofO or state governement. The governor being the landlord can invalidate some CofOs due to overridden public interest and not to invalidate all the CofOs in Delta State. Title documents that he wants to invalidate were issued by the same state government.
I expect title holders to go to court and they will win. The state government can only call for re-validation/re-certification or regularization of title documents and not to force them to acquire new one.
Delta State government needs to sensitize all title holders on what they stand to gain by re-validating or regularizing their title in order to be secured and not to cancel the existing title. A case like this has even got to the supreme court and the title holder won.

my dear i heard Delsu uploaded 3000 names so nysc rejected it that they needed 1500 for stream1 then later another 1500 for stream2 it applies to all schz too

Most times, the errors are corrected b4 uploading and checking of name would yield no result because uploading began today and the website had been down too. Buttom line is that you be patient and viola, you are in taraba camp
