You are very correct but the pardon must come only after judicial processes have ended.
It's very irresponsible for Tinubu to pardon somebody for a case that is still under litigation.
Now let me ask you, what if the appeal was successful and she was found not guilty of the crime and released by the Supreme court, won't the pardon be useless?
