My UK people, I’m back again ooo. Justwise, Bourne007 et al........Don’t mind my moniker Wanna know the information that surrounds the situation below based on the past post study work visa. Applicant A gets a psw visa after studies. Applicant B is the dependant of applicant A and also gets a dependent psw visa. Before the expiry of their visa, applicant B switches (in or out of the country as the case may be as at then) and is now on a student visa (post graduate) while applicant A switches to become the dependant. Will applicant B be qualified to apply for a psw visa at the end of his/her study and will applicant A be able to be a dependant of applicant B on the psw visa. What do you guys think? |

FraudMan: Guys what are the possible scenarios that one can use to achieve this 10yrs long residency thing. Let’s assume the person is starting with a Student visa (undergraduate)....
No insults pls and I hope justwise won’t take down my post because this has nothing to do with cheating a system or being fraudulent. Thanks for the input guys. Every comment is noted, no knowledge is small. Biko my moniker has nothing to with my personality. All na cruise |

Skymoore1004: Lmaaoooo this just caught my attention. I remember one time I attended a friends graduation and 80% of graduates where Nigerians. It was quite amusing because I never knew I could see so many Nigerians in one University. Funny enough I didn’t really see them much around the city the 1st night I stayed there. Nigerians we hail thee! Skymoore1004: Hello Fraudman, hope you have been well? I give God the glory. Hope you have been dishing out correct and accurate infos. I must really commend your efforts in the forum irrespective of your zero travel experience. All the best! |

Business › Help!!! My Ikedc Bill Keeps Accumulating Despite The Fact That I Pay Every Month by FraudMan(op): 7:39pm On Jul 22, 2020 |
Hello guys, i'm bringing this to nairaland because i'm out of options. For the past three months now, i have been making payments but the bill keeps accumulating. i went to their office to complain, showed them receipts, they said the payment wasn't successful and i should go back to the pay agents where i paid. I went back to the pay agents ( different agents), they all re-printed my receipts to me to confirm that it was a successful transaction.
As it is, ikeja electric is saying the payments are not successful while pay agents ( different agents) are saying it is successful.
i have exhausted my options, Guys kindly advise on what to do next? |

mimilyrics: Yes. The poster asked about add a fiance as a dependant so I only included info on that. The standard rule is for 2 years evidence of cohabitation but it's not a one case fits all for married couples. Newly weds can list their partners as dependants as long as they can prove that the marriage is genuine. I've got cases of people who got their visas even 1-6 months after getting married; they were able to prove the genuineness of their marriage from the different documents/evidence submitted. Noted! |

mimilyrics: Yes but it might be tough for an application from Nigeria because you'd need to prove this through joint bills, bank statements, tenancy agreements, joint investments and other documents as you would for a married partner and this should span a period of 2. You have to show ample and irrefutable evidence of cohabitation and genuine relationship with your partner for at least 2 years. Is there a rule/law backing the stated period? Newly weds can’t list their partners as dependants? |

pretty1986: Pls other Gurus in the house should throw more light on this so that new applicants can learn. Apt!!! Also for those using their account, I would also advise you have the money in the account long enough so that when you print your bank statement, the lodgement won’t reflect. Your opening and closing balance for that month would carry the required amount. *Optional |

g8662: It should be at least (1015x12) Why are you thinking it should it be (1015x9)? But id you have only (1015x9), then use it... However, the more you have the better for you and your visa application review. Because it’s what the rule states. And it should be at least (1015*9) |

Skymoore1004: There’s nothing for Justwise to correct because he has previously and clearly stated that if you don’t have the money to study abroad, you sit your ass in Nigeria. So I wonder what you want him to correct. I have noticed your moniker and I know you will come for me, so note that I won’t reply you. Firstly Justwise has never said it’s wrong for a financial sponsor to put money in an applicants account. He only advised that the money should be available after the successful application and when the person lands in the UK. Secondly, the money can be put in the applicants account at once not “small small”. Nothing has to correlate to your salary or income. Thousands of people come in here for advise, if you aren’t sure of a question, kindly read and pass. Experts will give answers. |
