That's not true.
I got admitted for summer in February 2017 and deferred to winter 2017.
I didn't withdraw my application. I sent an email stating my decision to defer my application and I was requested to submit a new admission letter for the winter semester. In the end, my visa was issued.

Pls did you fund your ba before the interview or after the interview and if you did what email address did u send the confirmation of ba to after your interview

Sorry I wanted to ask what the opening confirmation is? I understand what the blocking confirmation for blocked account means. Basically what im asking is can you schedule your visa appointment even prior to funding your account? (using only the confirmation of account opening?) and what about the process/appointment where you need to have your signature certified at the embassy to get the account opened? Sorry im a little lost, if anyone can shed more light on any new development.

If you are using finitiba you can book for a visa interview without funding your account, you can even decide to fund your account after the interview and provide it's finitiba you don't need to go to the embassy before your account is opened all will be done online

Meanwhile i have tried my best going through the thread for details, its like looking for a needle in a hack stack trust me. Please I need as much details as i can.

So I have applied to Hochshule Fresenius (private university) for a masters degree in the Winter semester starting September and the response is a good one, in fact the Admission personnel sent some visa requirements documents to me and told me to seek information in my German Emassy as soon as possible, as time is running out. I have been scheduled for a skype interview next week with the school.

Please while waiting what do you advise i do that will help fast track the visa process, and what is the first thing i should do immediately i get the admission letter from school.

A German visa is a schegen visa so if to visit another country is not an issue.... U can visit 23 countries in Europe with your German visa......

This statement shows you have not collected your neco certificate.... Bcuz if u have collected it.... Amy subject that has a grade of F9 or absent wouldn't be shown on the neco certificate.....

I'm a little bit bordered that is why I'm asking these questions.
1. I don't have the whole 8900euro presently I have 6500euro. My question now is can I do the transfer of the 6500euros and print out the statement to show at the embassy during my interview?
2. Is fintiba going to send me my account balance when I make the transfer? And how soon are they going to reply me?
3. Do I have to book anoda appointment when my balance is ready or in the case that I do not fund the account b4 my interview.

Why don't you just go to the interview with the documents showing you have opened the block account.... And after your interview you can complete the funding..... Bcuz u can't print any documents from fintiba until u have completed your funding

How long really does it normally take to get feedback from the embassy after sending them a visa appointment email. Like the maximun length of time. And please for those that used fintiba. Did you send the entire 13 pages for the block account opening. Also does the passport copy mean just the data page.Thanks

The block account details is two pages..... If it's finitiba you are using look out for the document called make the transfer

2.2 as in second class lower or 2.2 as gp.... Anyways most german schools require u have at least a 2.5gp that is in German scale..... And for u to have a 2.5 in German scale ur cgpa should be at least 2.88 in our gp system

Passport number is the travel document number
You don't apply for health insurance for your interview..... When you need it they will request for it... And usually by then your visa must have been approved

Get a Letter of English proficiency from your university..
Your school will draft a letter to the university concerned that all your undergraduate courses where taught in English Language
