Physical embassies are largely a waste of money and resources at this present time and age. This procedures should be digitized.

If a physical embassy or building must exist, buy a land in cheap areas, construct a durable small building and keep the cost of maintenance and functioning low.
Keep minimal employees. More of volunteers, double appointments, contract workers or part time and time rated workers.

An agreement can also be made with the host country for a free land or office, the same can also be given to the host country in our own country. Or another favor can be done for them.

Our embassies need to be organized to be self sustaining, throwing money into them is a waste. We have to learn how to plan, economize and live minimally, comfortably and contentedly.

What exactly do you want to hear? The country is currently very safe and peaceful, low crime rate, cheap cost of living especially if you earn in their currency.
Not currently in Liberia, but still have friends there. The country isn't that developed though, but it is okay for certain kind of businesses, plus that you can also earn in American dollars, because they use it there.
