gboss4sure: Don't we Nigerians over rate this foreign artist?. I only started hearing of drake after his fight with chris brown. Psquare don't need to pay drake to snap a pix with him. Common sense will tell you that.
An so. Drake has been one of the biggest artists even before he fought with Chris brown. Don't drag us into your ignorance cheesy

PointB: @RemarkD,
Your nomination of Manny is noted.

But you are yet to state your reason for objecting Onlytruth's nomination. Please let me reiterate that such reason(s) must be grounded in the constitution; otherwise it will wont hold.

Kindly refer to the constitution in the link below:

https://www.nairaland.com/download/956708
what reason do you want again for the objections. You have started playing tricks like you did last time. A lot of people have raised objections to okija and onlytruth and you are trying to suppress it. This election is not your personal property, you must obey public opinions. Stop asking people beer parlour questions when they raise a clear objection. If you are drunk, we arent. Infact I see no reason why you should still be conducting this election after the drama you caused in the last one. who is responsible for sacking you or are you planted by some interest. well if you can't obey public opinions on the objections to some nominees then I raise objections to you handling the election. Reason: bias.

OAM4J: [s]Please you guys should stop taking my comment out of context. What I said is not a breaking news/ news flash, I thought it is a well known claim, and I didnt say it out of disrespect but to buttress my point. When the likes of FreeGlobe jumped at me, accused me of bias and being blind to a tribal comment without mentioning afam who was at the centre of the whole thing and who should know better what word is insulting to Igbos then I wonder why the fixation on me.

I would not have bothered responding to FreeGlobe but for the nice/civil way centje asked the same question and I felt he deserved a response.

Desola uses the same tone he used to address afam to address Seun, myself and Jarus in the past, well Afam felt insulted, offended and banned her again, so be it. But for some of you to accuse me of bias and not hiding posts, leaving out afam that was at the center of it, who should have known if there was any tribal insult in Desola's post and hide it, is what I dont understand. Afam didnt ban Desola for ethnocentric insults but for insulting a mod. Perhaps he also didnt see an ethnic insult or the need to hide Desola's posts beyond banning her for her words against him.

I just felt afam should have been held accountable for any insult to Igbo that was not attended to before me. [/s]If was wrong, then I apologise.
You were wrong. You apologized, apology accepted. Moving on. cool

Ngwakwe: Some comments may be a result of pressure at 1st attempt.
He didnt say anything unusual. It was not out of pressure. Even me could have asked why he said that.
Mukina, I beg you to look over this section.

Unless Afam can give me and you a reasonable explanation as why he banned desola again, plz unban her.

Last time I checked, this was a complaint thread not a "kiss mods azz" thread .

In a bid to protect Igbo interest, there's no need to ban Yoruba posters with bias. wtf is that?
Make I no even vex for una in this section.
Ngwanu unban her naa... You people are the first to introduce 'Yoruba and igbo interest' on nairaland. bunch of sick bigots. If you need to know why Afam banned desola, go and ask your father.

manny4life: Afam, you shouldn't even have replied... I've come to learn that you can't change the spotted skin of a leopard, so like your brother said, IGNORE IT..
Why shouldn't he have replied? Its like you love suppression so much.

Let's have more nominations please. If you have any reason why any of the nominees should not be polled by let's also have them.

So far no candidate has been strongly opposed.

Let keep the nominations coming.
what do you mean no candidate has been strongly opposed. I have followed @PointB's response to my objections to a nominee respectfully because of the way he replied but your statement that no candidate has been strongly opposed is plain stupiiiid. Are you blind? How am I sure you are not aiming to favor onlytruth. My objections and that of @promeo are not strong enough or because they are not in line with your aspirations? Kindly resign from your position please, you are too biased to be an umpire. And Alex has gotten more than 5 nominations brother Maurice Iwu.

OAM4J: ^Its Ok Desola. Calm down dont insult or curse anyone. Let it go.
oh, this is how you respond to that bigoted prickling but turn around to hide my post and ban me for flimsy excuses. She said "okoro" and you didn't deem it fit to hide her post and ban her but the moment I say "Yoruba" you are all over my azz. You have lost every respect I have left for you and I demand Seun withdraws your right to ban me or hide my post. You lack the moral standing to do so. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! FVCK OFF MY POSTS, YOU ARE AS GUILTY AS WHATEVER REASON YOU BAN ME FOR.

wtf? I guess the igbos voting Onlytruth and Okija Juju are the trolls and dummies around here.
@PointB I have reasons why the above elements should not be polled.
I insist there should be no perpetual eze. We know odumchi won because people needed a fresh air from onlytruth. Okija or whatever is not fit to even lead himself, someone who does not even have any belief of himself. Am disappointed.
Kudos to the SSS and the Army!!

Their involvement shows how inept the Nigerian Police has become. Instead of getting to the root of kidnap cases, they kill the suspects extra-judicially (with state approval) and dump their bodies in Ezu River.

I hope this case is‎ thoroughly investigate and all who are found culpable, thoroughly dealt with..
Truth, nothing more cool

Let me now go check that Lagos speaker in extra marital affairs scandal thread.

fvck, please we don't want onlytuth again lets try another person.

"Further more, if you object to any
nomination for whatever reason do
not hesitate to state it."

@PointB I object onlytruth's nomination, The constitution only spells a single tenure of one year and moreover majority of people that nominated him has their igboness in doubt (mostly his clique and former members of his cabinet), also his publicity (good or bad) as a former eze is wearing down on other nominees which is not fair.

I will bring other points if you ignore these ones.
