I've been having bloating and pain in my stomach for 3days now when I smoked heavily. I was even constipated yesterday till I took tab to make me purge. Now I'm still feeling the pain my stomach is not balanced yet

What to do?

At first I thought it was a joke when a neighbor told me my girlfriend came around last month while I was away in another vicinity. This was someone that knew about my movement, I confronted her when I came back and she told me it's a friendly visit to my landlord house, apparently she was invited by the landlord daughter to come spend time with them unto paddy paddy settings without my notice.

I didn't take it that serious because when she visits me, she always climb upstairs to go greet them....fast forward to this month, I noticed her strange attitudes towards me... no longer likes to visit... always saying we should meet in the mall. To come for my conjugal right is a problem. (I do send her Money, so it's my right).

She broke up with me last week which was okay.. I didn't sweat it. But what surprised me is getting to know she's been seeing my landlord son at different locations.
it hurt me deeply because I took this guy like family even though we not close. But his elder sister and the middle one are so fond of me, giving me greenlight last 2 years when I just packed in as a young guy at 22 which I maintained frame but right now I may just do what I have in my mind and damn the consequences.

I can start talking in a room filled with people, before minutes people will start trying to hold their nose. I Know it's from me, A friend always buy tomtom and give me one whenever I'm with him...it took me a long time before I got the message. Same with my body odor, I try as much to bath twice a day but whenever I sweat.i can perceive my own aroma which is not friendly.
I don't know if it's a spiritual thing, because I can't have a girlfriend for years now because of this.
I have tried using baking soda and several toothpaste.. still same result.

Good afternoon! I'm a Christian and also a committed worker, I have a very serious issue that might make me commit sin!
I live in a room and palor self contain and the house is build in a way that the other room and palor is built together with mine, that is if I say anything in my palor or room the will hear! My neighbour is a single like me , but he is giving me big nightmare. Every night he brings different girls home, and when I'm preparing to sleep that is when they start having sex, this girl will moan loudly that even if I cover my ears with my hand I can still hear it, not even that alone the knacking sound is so irritating to me, sometimes to avoid me lusting in my mind I try praying, but it won't work cause my system is not in that prayer, guys to the extent that when I sleep I dream of them having sex, many times at night.
I approached the guy to complain but he said its not my room and my girl now! he even said that when ever I pray he gets more motivation! imagine! When ever this girl come around and the guy is not in cos she has a spare key to the guys house , the girl always dresses immorally (most times without pant and bra, she wears see through cloth)and I notice that once I see that I have erection. I tried not to think on this but every time I'm alone even after prayer my mind will start rehearsing this pictures, I can't help it anymore! i told one of my pastors he said i should fast but still in that process this atrocities is still going on, i couldn't end the fast when my mind is polluted .I wish to pack out of the house but the place is one of the best houses in my area! I don't even have the cash to get another, so I'm thinking of reporting him to the Landlord. pls help me.

The extradition case was incompetent and should not have been filed in the first instance. Abba Kyari is already facing criminal prosecution in Nigeria. The right thing is to allow the case to be decided before making any other move. America will never discontinue a criminal case against an American because they want to hand them over to Nigeria. We must show respect and absolute faith in our judicial process and stop making silly demands like the one in bold.
