I never used any gal, every deal is on consent. I am talking about the fairness of such justice......Killing as a result of such offence is just inhumane, harsh and unjust. There are many sane countries prescribing jail term as a commensurate punishment for drug traffickers. It has also not been proven statistically that death penalty is a an effective deterrent for drug trafficking

This kind of judgement should not be encouraged because there's tendency to kill an innocent suspect if trial is not fairly done. e.g executing a suspect that pleaded not guilty cos he had no idea how drug could have been found around him. Any one could have thrown or kept the drug in his possession without his awareness .

Lastly, even Amnesty international, the highest body responsible for human right and law prescription in the world , outrightly condemns death penalty for drug traffickers cos they know better of its unjustness and inhumanity , hence, they call on countries with such laws to abolish it.

Why not stop the companies producing these drugs if it has no positive use. The point is , doctors do prescribe these drugs in some medical condition....yet you call it death.....same drug has both good and bad usage. Since its best handled by medical professional , a jail is enough punishment for unauthorized possession of the drug. Just think about it.
