The process involved in passport stamping:
Abuja Address;Visa Application Centre, sterling bank plaza, 3rd floor, plot No 1083, Mohammadu Buhari Way, Central Business District, Abuja Nigeria

Lagos Address;Visa Application Centre Ground Floor, The Manor Plot 110, Admiral ayinla way, lekki phase 1 lagos Nigeria

Requirement;if you did your biometrics in abuja, Theres no fee except for delivery fees.
buy an evelope.

IF NOT, You will first pay a transmission fee of N9410 to CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION account(0065165839) Sterling bank
Then print the receipt from your phone(coloured).

if you did your biometrics in lagos. Go to DHL closer to you and pay for 2-way courier and also pay for insurance to be sent to canada VAC Abuja, buy a fresh brown envelope and add the following NB; remember to give DHL a return address since its a 2 way courier

1.)put two photocopies of your passport data page(coloured)
2.)your yellow or white biometric strip(if you have misplaced these paper go to VFS so theyll sort you out). If you dont have the slip you can still send it regardless or you can add the BVL(biometric validation letter)
3.)Passport request letter
4.)1 copy of the consent form downloaded and signed( note u are filling and signing just the second page of your consent form)
3.)the passport itself
4.)one plain sheet of paper where you can write your Name, address, Email, phone number and signature
5.)one coloured copy of the receipt of the transmission fee payment

Hello gurus in the house, please I will like to know the best way and the details on how to send my passport to lagos visa office.

Got my original passport request letter this morning!! It can only be God. I have been following this page since I started my application last year.
My timeline as follows:

1. Submitted my online application on 30th March, 2021
2. Did biometric on the 12th April, 2021
3. Got medical exam request on 12th September, 2021
4. Did my medicals on 30th September, 2021
5. Medical passed updated on October 14th, 2021
6. My passport was about to expire so I got a request to submit a new one before 20th Nov, 2021 which I wasn't able to submit before that time because of the delay in passport as usual
7. Got my new passport on 31st December, 2021
8. I updated the new one on my account on the 3rd January, 2022 but I didn't sign it till 13th of this month; but I later got to know that since it was just showing "document uploaded but not submitted to IRCC" I was confused though!
9. I got it signed and submitted it to IRCc on my account was updated on 14th this month
10. I got a correspondence letter and original passport request on 17th January, 2022

I have started my study from naija here since September though! Going to Cambrian College in Sudbury.!!!!


P.S.: I don't know how to get my passport submitted to the VAC yet. Please I need help about that . Every hopeful applicant will smile by God's grace!!!

Anyways, I submitted the usual documents, i didn't bother to submit too much documents. My brother who is in Australia, a medical doctor is my sponsor and my mum

please o gurus in the house, if one is applying to like 4 schools with uni-assist, i know uni-assist will use one batch of documents for the 4 schools but how will one address the 4 schools to uni-assist as in will the application forms of the 4 schools be in separate envelopes together with the documents?

No admission from deggendorf yet o o o!!!! anybody here in my shoes??

I did not do anything like dat.. i just sent my cv, certified certificates, transcripts and my passport(data page) plus their application form and proficiency letter from my school

Actually they told me proficiency letter is sufficient for me... electrical engineering and information technology

I actually dont have any admission, only banking on this deggendorf people... may God help us sha

Good morning gurus in the house, please I have a question concerning posting of documents to a specific university of choice. I know if one is sending application documents by post, one has to send cerified copies of certificates and certified students' copy of transcript; but my question is this HOW DOES ONE SEND THE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT THAT WILL BE ISSUED BY ONE'S UNIVERSITY ? cos I know the school in Germany will also require for OFFICIAL transcript.
