Op behind that petroleum department, there is a hude beautiful structure for mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental departmental, what's remaining is just painting...while behind that yellow gas ETF building is the new finished chemical labouratory building, it's commendable... but actually i believe the beautification & renovation (especially for the hostels) is because of the Upcoming NUGA games (abi is it sport festival) that uniport ll be hosting this year.....nice work tho

You are still not understanding the history of Rivers State and how Port-Harcourt came about. There are no sentences in the OPs article where he stated that igbos owns river state and why is it when you stand to be corrected you call the person a tribalistic. Port-Harcourt is owned by Ikwerre an Igbo sub-group just like the Ngwa's owns Aba, Abia State before other villages were later absorbed into the city.
