I applied for N-Health and have taken the assessment test.
The problem is that I misplaced my Reference Number. Is there anyway I can retrieve it? And what is the implications.

I wrote mine yesterday without text message. I just went to the site enter my BVN and Phone number, and I proceed to the test.

I wrote mine late last (11:30pm). I just decided to try it out bcuz i wasn't notified. I successful wrote the test.
Now the problem.
I have misplaced my Unique Reference Number. Pls is there anyway I can possibly retrieve it?
