My infinix x624B phone has refused to charge. I plugged in all night and it refused to charge. Prior to this issue, i had to bring out the charging module before it charged a bit.
Is it the battery or the module that needs change?

if you watched the video you should try and come up with something more coherent than "trash" it will pass you message across better if you come off as objective. I watched the video and the phone handled the games while not perfect, quite nicely with a good battery backup to boot and the speakers where quite clear and loud ..now if you did find something wrong with the phone from the video then try to be articulate with your response ...so what is trashy about the phones review ?

George will eventually complete the books, but it will be at it's own pace, which is frustratingly slow.

If they were to follow all the arcs, it will run into 20 seasons and become a writing headache for the show runners. They just choose the major arcs to follow.

Catelyn stark as a leader of an undead army seeking revenge? Sign me up..but would they have fitted the arc with so many plots running from S4-S6.

It was clear that from S1,the only Targaryen arc they were willing to follow was
Daenerys and i think it was ok and good tho the end was absymal. I actually think Emilia Clarke's casting was the best in the show.


The Direwolves were cut off due to the huge CGI cost in creating them. Then again, the show made so much money that even the merch sales from it could have easily funded it.

Your analogy is apt and spot on, the showrunners had no source material to run on after season 5, but they still managed to get us a finale, GOT still has the length to run for 4 more season due to the story arcs and character development of most of them, but then it would have been useless, the Targaryen narrative was useless, the defeat of the NK too seems rushed, but its still a great finale compared to most.

yeah I wouldn't call it useless tho as I'm still very interested in seeing the payoff, if it does payoff...but I don't really get why they rushed production and the way they were making mistakes like the Starbucks cup or so and the bottled water that were visible ...and there also alot of fan servicing ...

Yeah,Since have been doing quite alright from S1 - S6, landing a perfect ending wasn't supposed to be rocket science for them, well the deed it's done now, rewatching from S1 feels weird now knowing how it ends.

From the few i can remember to answer your question,
We got to see the beauty of one the best battles in the show, The battle of Hardhome. In the books, since the book it's pov styled, nobody technically witnessed the battle, it was just sparsely mentioned.

Mance Ryder is still very much alive in the books, though he suffered the same faith as in the series by been burnt at the stake and "mercy killed" by Jon snow for not bending the knee, this was a pivotal moment in the series ascertaining Jon Snow as a "leader" (Of course it led no where in the end) and the scene was lit.

Sansa is no where near Winterfell in Books as it was her friend that married Ramsay Bolton but her returning to Winterfell in S6 to to exact revenge on Ramsay, reuniting with her brothers and Becoming "Lady of Winterfell" was lit.

Robb's wife Talisa been stabbed in belly at the Red Wedding brought an heightened level of gore that shot up the ratings of the "red wedding" as one of the best episode in the series and it was of course lit, but in the books however, Robb's wife was no where near the red wedding, and so didn't die in the massacre and her infact family was even in alliance with the lannister.

These are the few i can remember vividly, others vaguely cuz of the sheer volumes of the books.

I keep holding out hope that George completes the books ..but I'll still accept that seasons 1 through 5 were fantastic...

Not an excuse and since the end of the book it's not known, it's the more reason why they had more creative freedom to play with the source material to come out with a more note worthy finale besides they have been deviating somewhat from the book and it was lit.

let's say Leonardo da'vinci painted the Mona Lisa half way and handed you the the brush..sure you might been able to continue some of the lines up to a point but you'll never be able to get the perfect painting... even if you had him whispering in you ear because; 1) you're not him 2) you don't know what he had in mind ...heck I'm sure even George doesn't know what he has in mind ...I'm not excusing them (as I'm sure there would be been a better way to resolve the story, probably through a few more seasons) I am instead understanding them...even that much creative freedom they would be stomped seeing as there were many arcs in the story..

So much. GOT had this slow build up of plot lines and character development right from S1 and that was part of it's charm. People were actually hoping these character development led somewhere good.

Well like i said so much but let me hilight two..The battle with the Night King happened too fast in S8 and felt too rushed. The Night King was been developed over the seasons as the "main threat" to the seven kingdom, and we finally saw a great glimpse of it's potential when he turned Viserion into a white walker, only for him to die somewhat cowardly in a rushed, poorly written battle which one could barely see anything beacuse it was all pitch black. The Battle of "Hardhome" and The Battle of the Bastards" aren't one of the best piece of tv ever for nothing, these battles had great build ups throughout S5 and S6 culminating a perfect climax at the end of both seasons.

Secondly, what was the point of Jon Snow dying, brought back to life and been a "Targaryen", it lead absolutely nowhere.


I have noticed shows recently have a problem of landing the perfect " season finale". Probably the writers get confused on so many ideas how to end.

the books haven't been completed yet ...so at some point the show runners ran out of material to dub from ...so that translated to the this rushed travesty...so much potential flushed ...oh well...it was great while it was good ...

No need for the cloaks and daggers...xiaomi, tecno and infinix enthusiasts are the major problem of this section...with their 'not so subtle shades' like you did in your post(G90t ) or downright insult of the other brand...

you see comments like 'this new tecno has five cameras so it's the best' or 'nigerians don't need good processors just big batteries' or 'i use a redmi 8 and it is better than all the "trashions" phones' or ' have a carlcare close by' ...if we are being honest you'd agree that this are plainly dumb and just some of the rhetorics being touted by the warring factions...

tecno and infinix introduced and majority of us to Android smartphones but along the way we became complaicent and they started producing substandard phones ...we are right to call them out on it ...but some of us are doing it in the least constructive way possible ...attacking people who bought the products like they are the ones producing it and insulting them.. while there are a few of us who contribute using facts that actually makes more sense like saying 'using p22 , a22 and the likes are getting stale' or 'here is a camera comparison between this two brands' or ' I am using both and here is my experience so far' ... intelligent stuff like you'd see on other forums like the op posted...

xiaomi produces some the best phones on the market but they are not infallible ..I give an example ; someone bought a redmi phone as per the recommendations then had a problem with multitasking and complained on the xiaomi thread ..and the response he got was that it was and entry level phone and that if he wants something better he should spend more ...you hear stuff like ' so nah just redmi 8 or 9 you dae use and you dae talk" what on Earth is that ...the xiaomi these same people are touting as the greatest also has faults ?? ...

if you've been on nairaland long enough you'll notice that tecno and infinix has some the most irritating marketers ... pull your hair out irritating.. and other brands offer better at cheaper prices ...

but what most people don't maintain is objectivity, tecno and infinix have been making some bad devices with same specs and different casings ...but the zero 8 the camon 16 the note 7 are good ...you have to admit it... it has some faults but they've made improvements and THAT IS WHAT WE WANT!!....

what we should understand is that neither of this brands pay any of us the customers and what we want ultimately is the best possible experience at the most affordable price segment...

enough of the shades and insults let's instead be contructive ...we want tecno and infinix to make better devices

to the xiaomi enthusiasts pass your message of how you've "seen the light" without being insulting.
