UAE practice Religion with sense. In a core Islamic country you dare not wear anything you like. That's why they're booming.. "Religion with brains"
See how your reduce Evening to one single entity(dressing)?
Why should you dress the way you like?

There is nothing the western world boast of that these CONSCIOUS Muslims countries do not have except moral debauchery and excesses hedonistic life style.
Even in America, as liberal as it is you don't go to certain places dressed in a Bikini or bra you will find your way out,but when religions nations says you can't do that in public spaces you see it as hypocrisy becaue your moral consciousness has been beaten and battered by your misconception of liberalism and development.

Development (scientific and social) has nothing fundamental with liberalism it is only used as a smoke screen.
Very soon those who promote this hideous behaviour will pay dearly for it in the future.
It is just a matter of time.

People cover up to behave like humans not like some liberalised homo sapiens called celebrities.

This muric is crazy. When the Christians decided to advance the cause of christianity through education they started planting schools aggresively rather than fighting useless fight round the country.
Today those churches decide the ground rules for everyone who school with them and there is no wahala.
If muric wants schools where muslim girls would be covered head to toe under blazing hot sun then muric should go and establish them instead of ranting all over the place.
If winners chapel can plan to build 5,000 primary schools in a decade span then what stops the entirety of muslims to build theirs and run it the way they like.
A public is school is not a Christian school.
It is for general use and Christians shouldnvt be the ones dictating to us what we should wear and what we shouldn't.
If you choose to tell your daughters to go naked or half unclad that is your own cup of tea, but don't bring that argument of government because you know nothing about how laws operate in a society yet, you are yapping nonsense.

Tell me just ONE thing Islam has done to benefit the society that it wants to dictate for? What has Islam done for Nigeria besides taking thousands of human lives to their early graves.

In the north, everyone is prevented from doing alchohol business by hisbah, a person can rarely be allowed to establish a piggery. So this issue of Hijab goes beyond a piece of clothing issue but another unfortunate pattern of Islam trying to dictate and enforce societal laws.

I said and i repeat, if you want a place where muslims can do all they want then be ready to establish them for yourselves. You cannot tell a private school what its uniform should or shouldn't be.
When we talk of intolerance I want to know what you really mean?
What do you really mean?
No doubt without stretching our brain cells we know your definition of tolerance means I become more like you and your become less like me and this is your definition of tolerance.

I can tell you for free that the most hypocritical people you will find on earth today always poking their noses into any matter that involves Muslims are the Christians.
Everything has to be about you .

You want to vet the way we talk, the way we dress, the way we live and still have the effrontery to vet the way we eat and drink .
And you open lies filled mouth with a temperament of clown telling us we are the intolerant ones.

You need to check yourselves if your brains are still functioning

If this school was a private school it would have been understood, but a public school were both faiths pay their taxes to establish and I am being dictated as a Muslim that I have to. abide by certain rules and ethics CLEARLY defined along Christiand doctrine telling me what to accept and what to reject and your 'tolerantly' lecturing me about tolerance .

The point is, the hijaab is a compulsory wear for the female Muslims enshrined in our scriptures and as for the Christians, you can always play the clown by claiming that the robs meant for your bishops and reverend are also part of your outfit when we know that in the whole of your Bible there is nothing like that.
You only come here to cry foul when the matter at hand as little or nothing to do about you.

if you people find it convenient that your mothers, daughters and sisters can go nude and become half unclad in the name of 'give what is Caesar's to Caesars and give what is God to God' then know that such atheistic rule do not apply to us.
We take everything in our religion very serious especially our modesty.

And. again you don't have to read us that asomsof us are bad and are worst we know that and we know we are no saints but we will jealously guard that which distinguish us from the rest of you in obedience to our Creator.

But you should all know this that you can keep lying to yourselves and telling us that you mean well when you actions loudly says the opposite with your brown teeth like a road side advertorial.

The bottom line is, we don't really give a rat ass of what you think of us.

CrimeRe: Fubara Manilla Pepple: Women Protest Against Rapist In Bonny Island, Rivers by Friend01(m): 9:44pm On Nov 14, 2018
computergeek:
Rape in itself is the worst crime anyone can ever commit against the female gender, let alone pedophilic rape.

Pedophiles in foreign countries normally commit suicide before they get to jail. Any chance they have, they take their lives swiftly and quickly, because it will be a slow and painful death for them in prison. Sexual predation amongst inmates is normal, but the ones who get the worst of it are the child sex offenders. Their anus dey hear am till they are gang-raped to death.

God forgive me for such brutal thoughts, but that's what anyone who rapes a child deserves. Even worse, if anything can be classified as worse.
Do you know why rapes cases are skyrocketing?

It is because we have abandoned the old ways of doing things for new immoral ways we call civilization and we are bearing the consequence from all corners.
those days a boy who is not yet married does not dare to come close to a girl she is not related to or even married to, but today whoever does not have a boyfriend/girlfriend is seen as abnormal and the one who does not engage in premarital sex is seen as super abnormal.
And we think every action has no reaction?
It is simple when we (this generation) opened the door(free mixing and unrestricted intermingling) so widely for whoever wants to see to see we forgot that there were also predators(rapist )and birds of prey(pedeophiles) lurking in the corner to snap up the smallest fries(little children) for dinner.

It is simple, if we keep deluding yourselves with this useless convoluted civilization and modernity we keep throwing at people's faces we should live with our action without blaming anyone.
And if we don't change our ways, I am telling you this for free it so only going to get worse.

Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim who recently broke up with iceberg shares a new post about women ruling the world.

She wrote:
"Did you know that if women ruled the world there’ll be no wars? Just a bunch of countries not talking to each other...‍♀️‍♀️"

Is This True??

Source: https://www.gistvic.com/2018/11/if-women-ruled-world-therell-be-no-wars.html
I guessed she never read about Magreth Thatcher and other female leaders who held positions before now.

This is why I personally don't take some these actors and actresses serious when it comes to especially how a society is run.
She should face her acting job and keep her nose out of politics or even airing her views because they are not needed.

were you insinuating that they be aborted or what?

And if you are one of those persons or encourage people to do such then be ready for those babies to drag you before God for killing them without their permission.
But if you are an atheist your situation is even worst.

Nigeria has recorded over 1.3 million unwanted pregnancies in 2018 alone, the 2018 global family planning report has revealed.

The most populous nation on the African continent also recorded 735,000 unsafe abortion in the year under review.

According to the report mailed to TheCable, and unveiled at the ongoing International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) in Kigali, only 13.8 percent of Nigerian women use contraceptives in 2018.

The report defines unintended pregnancies as “the number of pregnancies that occurred at a time when women (and their partners) either did not want additional children or wanted to delay the next birth”.

This is “usually measured with regard to last or recent pregnancies, including current pregnancies”.

What the article is simply saying media advisor from Kano "Sha'aban Sharada" pleaded with journalist expunged that part he criticize Ganduje. What you fail to understand we are in digital world where video is superior to text. Sahara and likes of dailynigerian are trying to expose what unfold at the meeting because video of Buhari commending him is already in circulation, which may portray the news that Buhari criticize Ganduje as false.

I am neither BMC neither Apc sympathetic that's why I want Ganduje be exposed. I stand with Buhari and I also criticize him
Since you know this, then what is the need to bring in the video thing into the argument that portrays the president as praising Ganduje when he also criticised him.
This is the balance I am asking for.

Objectivity requires you look at all sides of a the narrative albeit they maybe nuances here and there. But we should aleast give people the benefit of doubt so as not to appear bias.

Hypocritical statements you say?

Oh, do you think I am one of those blind followers of the president who see no wrong in some of his methods?

Well, it might surprise you to know that I don't always support some of what is done by this government but my role is to advise and to be objective when the need arise.
Buhari might not be the promised messiah many of his supporters then now opposers made him out to be.
He is not doing well in the economic front to a large extent no doubt, but I have this hunch that he is way preferable candidate of among the two most touted candidates to take over.

I also like prof Kingsley Moghalo with his economic road map and his manifesto, but I don't he can win it now based on so many factors. These are the sought of persons whom the president ought to reach out to that have something meaningful to contribute to the growth of this country.

Nigerians, especially the ones here in Nairaland are unteachable.
You read something with your eyes wide open but your brain is interpreting something else and the simpletons who can't think for themselves want us to believe what was said is the truth without thinking it through.

I think we need to start teaching people proper comprehension lest they become like badly programmed robots.

I have read the news over and over again I didn't see where the president outrightly commended the Kano governor without balancing it up with the leaked video where he openly said he they(FG) have sent the video to the agency in charge for vetting.
It is ultimately left for Nigerians to demand for the result of the vetting not this blind obtuse hatred being shown like a child whose candy was taken by a bully to the president.

Nairaland is gradually becoming a play ground for senseless and bigoted individuals who are allergic to objectivity when they speak.

Nigeria is finished with this set of leaders .

Smh

See Buhari commending a criminal like Ganduje who was caught on camera receiving bribe and yet, Buhari still claimed he's fighting corruption .

I'm not even surprised because Buhari too is corrupt .
It seems hatred for the president has made you read what happen in France upside down.

The student was the one who commended Ganduje not the President.
I quote :"The President’s statement was the response to a remark by a Kano student in France. The student was said to have lauded the achievements of the Governor, especially on scholarship.«

The president berated the student for not seeing the video where the governor was caught on camera stuffing dollars in his pocket.

I quote again:"However, according to Daily Nigerian, the President snapped, and asked the student if he had watched the videos of the governor receiving bribe in dollars.
“That aside, haven’t you watched the videos of the governor stuffing dollars under his gown?” one of the participants quoted the President as asking rhetorically, while demonstrating how the Governor was stuffing the bundles of dollars inside his outfit.

“We gave the videos to security agencies for vetting. And we will surely take action on the matter if he is found guilty,” he stated."

May be I read the news upside down however, be humble enough to go through what the article is saying.

Your hatred for the president is simply making you unjust and being a bigot.

If a man or a woman fears God and follow His will this is surely better than any human calculation no matter how. intelligent .

All I am saying in a nutshell is, we should fear God and marry people we are faithful to not essentially because of sex, but to make us act reasonably like humans not like animals.
