Emperorempower: Amongst all the transport companies, GIGM has the best customer service.
My advise:
1. Report the case to the customer care unit of GIGM
2. You will receive a swift response and the erring drivers punished accordingly.
3. Should 1&2 not work out, Get a lawyer and sue the company.
4. Before suing the company, make sure:
I: you still remember the date the incident happenedly vividly.
Ii: You filled the passenger manifest and details filled are accurate.
Iii: You have 1 or 3 witnesses who are ready to testify.
5: charge could range from any of these: I: Breach of safety and endangering your life.
ii: Physical assualt on a customer.
Iii: That I&ii resulted you being psychologicaly depressed and traumatised.
(Your lawyer can add more)
6: Tag the damage at N50M (Putting your life at risk, and physical assault_ its worth any amount)
7: The company may contact your lawyer for a dismiss-and-deal, accept it but tag it at N70M, Negotiations may bring it at 5-10M.
8. Make sure your story is consistent with every other passenger in that bus, atleast with 70% accuracy, because the company will hire up to 3 persons in that bus to testify also.
9: If you have the money, go for a SAN. Reputation is worthwhile.
Thanks.
Meanwhile, PMT frustrated my life last 2months, Was coming back from Nsukka to Enugu.
Got my ticket, filled the manifest, and went to my seat,
When the bus was ready for the takeoff, extra loads were added to the bus, mehn, I couldn't stretch my leg through out the journey.
Midway into the journey, I complained to the driver but he ignored me.
I took picture of the extra luggage.
I couldn't walk proper when I got down from the bus, had to take pain relief drugs for such a short distance journey.
When we arrived Enugu, I told my boss about it ( he is a chief Magistrate , UDI magistrate court in Enugu), handed him the plate number, video and pics.
The following week, I was invited to PMT costumer care unit and they apologised.
Got A free ticket to any where I want to go, I will use it in December (Free ticket to PH loading)
Just give it a shot. Ogaaaaaw! this one sounds like a million count charge of abuse. I don't think all of this will work. |

My uncle got his pay, from the payment he finished his house, bought a benz car and relocated to his house in the village. Fast forward to this year, my uncle died after torment from Buhari government. Buhari government promised and approved 42billion naira for pensioners last year, my uncle on hearing this sent his document we began normal accreditation but all went to waste as my uncle kept going to the bank(walking a distance of almost 1km and comes back home with a swollen feet) to check if the payment has actually been made. He died from organ dysfunction July this year. I will never forgive Buhari he killed my uncle. If I had good money I will sue this government I understand your plight about your uncle's death, but is it enough to blame it on the president knowing many pensioners in your uncle's category who couldn't build a house, buy a car and do some other necessary thing are also and staying alive to survive. To me, nobody according to what you are insinuating can cause the death of another man. Death may come as a result of neglect and other human factor but not this you are laying on the president's shoulder. The truth is, you uncle died at the time God willed his death, but as humans we do find excuses to lay the blame on somebody simply because we don't like them. What if after lying they test her - maybe order her to read and explain a verse from qur'an - and she failed? Or do you think her captors are silly? The fact that she has been honest is the reason she's not dead yet. So, you should honestly pray for her safety trip back home instead of blame her.
My other problem with you and other Muslims is that you claim Boko Haram are not Muslims yet they know and understand the Qur'an more than you do. In most of their execution videos I've watched, an imam is usually invited to say a prayer and explain why they had to kill their prisoners. This is followed by the slaughter and a chorus chant of Allah Akbar by onlookers. You'll also deny this. |

You claim Boko Haram are not your Muslim brothers but blame Leah for not lying she was a Muslim and be saved. Use your brain. If you had an option like Leah will forgo it because you want to be an heroin or do the needful. For instance, if armed robber attacked you and asked you in the process to say he is God while in your heart you know he is not, will you say he is not God just to get killed or say he is God and save your self? You reason am logically. Lying in the face of danger is permitted especially when it has to do with life and death. Saying untrue things to save your life or someone's life is not considered as lying rather,it is warding off harm. Logically speaking Leah would have followed others, but no you think playing the religion card will break my hold. you must be joking. |

2nd bold:
Another fat lie from you again. Keep pretending you don't know the consequences of denying your Islamic faith. gurunlocker: Well, I was expecting someone like you to quote me. I am actually used to it. Who told you I didn't read she was a Muslim? Did I even talked about her in my post? Did you read where they killed her because she was working for Red Cross (Automatically she has renounced her religion because of that, which means they are Islamic extremists and terrorists).
She should renounce her religion? Really? You know how foolish you sound with that statement? You think they won't know she is a christian? They won't ask her part of Quran, if she fail they kill her.
You guys always say your religion have nothing to do with terrorism, we've heard that billion times. It doesn't change the fact that your religion breed terrorist and terrorism acts. Good try, but you failed miserably. What has Islaam got to do with criminals who kill fellow Muslims and maim them just because they work for an organization or do not toe the line of their extremist ideology that has no where in the annals or in the interpretation or understanding of Islaamic text. The point is, you and these criminals both agree Islaam permits violence hence which makes them closer to you than us the main stream Muslims who see Islaam as a religion that calls for peace and permits the use of force and possibly violence in a certain limited context following the guidelines from the Qur'ān and the prophetic traditions. Blaming Islaam for terrorism in the word is really down right foolish and opinionated with little room for logic. how was Christian spread during the dark ages by the crusaders? Where they sharing cheese and butter and people started accepting Christianity in droves because they lacked the aforementioned in their diet? What about the IRA(Irish republic army), what about LRA(Lord resistance army)? and even the Berom Christain youth who kill anything that looks Muslim at sight? The point is, terrorism is not a monopoly of one religion(thinking Islaam promotes criminal violent acts) it is everywhere. Don't go around blaming Islaam for the criminal behaviour of some brainless humans who see violence at the only mean of correcting the ills and the immorality in a Society. I am a Muslim and I know the fundamentals of Islaam is pro-life than anti-life. Now reason this with me, if Islaam permits the killing of non-Muslims like you agree with those criminals how come Indonesia (which has the largest Muslim population in the world) and Malaysia (which have a very high muslim population) we're not raided or attacked to by Muslim army when they accepted Islaam. Even Muslims ruled India for a thousand years yet, Muslims are presently roughly 20% of the total India populations with Hindus making up the rest percentage and other faiths in between. If Islaam permitted forcing people to accept Islaam by the sword India would have been an 100% Muslim nation, but no. Because Islaam does not allow forcing people to accept the religion rather it is encourages acceptance of the religion through dialogue rather than violence. I think you need to take a chill pill and refocus your lenses properly and be objective in your criticism whenever it is warranted not this blind bigotry that seems to be cloud your points than real facts of the matter. Good night. |

Letenwam: Boko Haram insurgents have fulfilled their threats of executing another aid worker, to keep Leah Sharibu as a slave for life.
The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), a faction of Boko Haram, executed Hauwa Leman, an aid worker with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and this was confirmed in a short clip seen by a special correspondent of TheCable.
The executed aid worker, was forced to kneel down, with her hands tied inside a white hijab which has a crest symbol, and then shot at a close range. Leman, a 24-year-old nurse was a student of health education at the University of Maiduguri and she was abducted in the attack, that left four soldiers, four policemen and three humanitarian aid workers dead.
Confirming the execution of the aid worker, ISWAP said;
“We have kept our word exactly as we said, by killing another humanitarian worker, Hauwa Leman, who is working with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that were abducted during a raid on a military facility in Rann, Kala Balge in March 2018.
“Saifura and Hauwa were killed because they are considered as Murtads (apostates) by the group because they were once Muslims that have abandoned their Islam, the moment they chose to work with the Red Cross, and for us, there is no difference between Red Cross and UNICEF.
“If we see them, we will kill the apostates among them, men or women, and chose to kill or keep the infidels as slaves, men or women.”
