That said, Christians are supposed to worship on the sabbath day which is on Saturday, not sunday. That they happen to worship on the worldwide known weekend days doesn't make Sunday a public holiday for them. You should tell muslims leaders to re-fix your date if you're that pained.. Moreover, muslims in Nigeria go to mosque on Sundays as well.

Illiterate, Sunday isn't a public holiday. Even the Arabs who are the origin of Islam has sundays and Saturdays as their weekends. That Christians chose to worship on such days doesn't make it a public holiday. Dey use sense na.

Maulud and Islamic New Years aren't holidays, I don't celebrate it. But you have no right to criticize, Christians don't go to work on Sundays but we work and go to schools on a Friday. What kind of injustice is that?

Jan 1 is a Christian holiday because it marks the supposed demise of Jesus, currently 2017 years ago, Jesus was supposedly crucified!
