consultant is the highest rank you can acquire in a medical field....it's like asking the GM of a bank to come be attending to customers over the counter although they still attend to patients,do ward rounds(consultant WR),do surgeries....in addition to this they teach medical students, resident doctors, supervise thesis,conduct researches etc

Just one man and some few footages I watched changed my way of life. Met this man at one of Nigeria's research institutes where I did my Industrial Training. silly. it is hopeless because incompetence cost people money and ruins plans. i was stranded once because nigeria govt failed to update new passport phasing date to another airline which rejected my passport. i stayed in airport for another day looking for another airline. i missed my appointment because of that. this is what we are referring to.
