Before going for service I taught in a nursery school with just 6 student in the class. My period in that class was just 6month and it was effective because I made sure nursery 2 had a quiz competition with primary one and the won.

At first My productivity was not as effective as when I was in private school untill I made out plans on how to be effective in class. It got to a point that a staff told me why am I teaching them like they were in primary school and I laugh. That technique made those student to be more interested in my subjects and they fall in love with it. Before I knew population in class grew from an average of 110 to 140 because those big girls and boys that skip class love my class so they had to come. Even my cooperative teacher was so impressed.

Irrespective of the population in class, some times it requires the wisdom of the teacher to carry their students and mind you I am not a train teacher.
