The oil being drilled in Sao Tome and Principe falls under Nigeria's territorial waters.

The thief Obasanjo ceded Bakassi and thus automatically our terroririal waters to Sao Tome so that he and Arthur Eze can own the offshore oil wells.

The lie that the northern military used as an excuse in not reinvesting in the Niger Delta but instead in the north was that geography and terrain were a hindrance.

As per this Duke , it is common knowledge that when he was governor, the powers that be in Cross River told him to concentrate on governance and leave politics for them that were in the PDP.

Duke ran to Lagos after his tenure and for some reason blames Lagos for Cross River losing its oil producing status after Bakassi was secceded under his nose and oil wells to Akwa Ibom.
