So far, the Military has shown significant restrain, calm and have proven themselves to be apolitical and largely on the side of the people. Moreover, the world is watching. They have had more than enough opportunity to do as they want, but instead, they have largely acted in a very professional way. You may argue that they have no other option as the world is looking at them very closely. That said, they have so far been impressive in the way they've handled the whole situation.

With them in power, there is little to fear. But then again, power corrupts
