I wouldnt compare myself to others on here, it's not nice, as for me, I've been told I'm pretty so, huh I would put a picture so you can judge for yourself but it's nairaland. Might not be a good idea.
A lot of people have thier pictures on their profile. it helps put face to the poster and it encourages us even more to be compassionate when such poster errs.

Yes, it is a good idea to post. Or are you the same person as Ishit4body?

Justcash:
@Fstranger3, going by your use of "Ebo" and "Ibo" to refer to Igbos, one can as well use "Yo oru ebo" or "Yoruebo" to refer to your ethnicity, afterall that is the historical source of the name of your ethnic group.
Whats ya problem, lil bro?

Nna no make me ves oooooo

How is it my problem, what stupiddd name you chose to call yourself. If you like, call yourself Akata, I dont effing care. Attack the message and leave the messenger outta this shyyt

Igbo people, also referred to as the Ibo(e), Ebo(e),[9][16][17] Eboans[18] or Heebo[19] (Igbo: Ndị Igbọ) are an ethnic group living chiefly in southeastern Nigeria

You mean, I am supposed to be cheering you up when there isnt really anything spectacular about your people?

I am not your mother you know nor am I your middle-school teacher. I am not here to make you feel good. As a matter of fact, I am here for just one reason, to make you, and your ilk, feel really really bad about yourself, if possible, up to the point of suicidal. I do believe that the less Igbos we have in Nigeria, the better and more prosperous Nigeria would become. cool

Obviously, you don't have it together, if not then there is no reason to focus on shopping mall rappers when Igbos are already in the main stream US Hollywood Industry.

CultureIbo People In American Rap Music Industry by fstranger3(op): 2:47am On Mar 12, 2011
Why is there a dearth of talented rappers of Ebo extraction in the world famous American Rap scene. So far it seems that only Yoruba people ( Wale, Chammilloniare and his brother, and Dbanj to name just a few) are breaking into mainstream American rap, our Ibo brothers have so far been left behind unfortunately.

Could it be that, like Nigeria did to Biafrans/Ibos during/with the Civil war, and like Forbes recently did with the release of their latest world's richest list, American Rap, and by extension, the American people, has singled out the great Ibo race  for wanton discrimination?

What can be done to correct this anomaly.

PS: constructive comments only. wink smiley

Kilode?!:
~Reposting~
The "God" of the Nigerian politician is a very strange character indeed. . . SMH
Wrong! That is a one-sided self-serving interpretation of culture undecided
Agba ti ko fo moni nikun ki i fo moni lori ~If an elder cannot feed you, he may not command you either~
Agba ti ko yani legbaa Ikoko, bo ba dase sile a ki i lo ~An elder who does not secretly lend one pennies, if he embarks on building, one does not show up to help~
Agba to bu ewe l'ewe Mbu   ~Elders earn respect only if they show respect ~
Agba to mo itiju ki i f'ole sere  ~An elder who is wary of disgrace will not play at stealing~  (that's for Elder Bode George cheesy )
Omode gbon agba gbon la fi da Ile Ife.  ~It takes the wisdom of both The Elder and the Youth to build a city~
There is no blanket permission for an elder to misbehave and still expect honor, deference, respect and reverence in Yoruba culture. Enough of the lies from these usurpers!
I think OGD was right. No matter who was in the wrong, It is OGD who was bound from the start to seek OBJ's forgiveness. Whether the age is counted in years of political leadersip or years on earth, it is true that age alone does not make a leader. Though, we can certainly deduce that while age doesn’t guarantee wisdom, without age (years on earth) wisdom can’t be fully attained. This is why in Yoruba culture, money or years of political leadership can never outweigh years on earth, so it would be absurd to see someone as old as OBJ to dobale to/beg someone of OGD's caliber and timbre, regardless of who wronged whom.

Also of note though, is that years on earth and eldership does not guarantee character (or wisdom for that matter). The Odu Ogbe Iwori says:

Ishekushe l’ewe le she
Iwa ihukuhu ni ti agbalagba

Bad conduct is what is attributed to youth
Bad character is what is attributed to elders

And no one apologizes for bad character. You only apologize for bad conduct.

So yes, OGD's interpretation was spot on. On this, I think you are on your own.
