This is the problem with humans. we always like hurting those below us but when someone does the same to us, we cry foul.


and you have never lived amongst animals clearly. if you dont harm them they wont harm you. do you think by exterminating all the snakes in Nigeria we will do good. when the ecological imbalance will affect us then you will realise. when the food chain has been broken. when pests will multiply spread disease an dravage crops then you will wake up.

snakes attack when they feel threatened; and this includes getting close to them unknowingly. they would definitely strike and inject enough venom to kill you. so, i would be stupid to see one in my farm and allow it to stay because i care about nature. if you see them, feed them lunch and dinner, i don't care.

are the rodents not animals too? why not kill the snake instead and save the rodents?

God has always been open to us and has always bared his will for all to understand. He has allowed Himself to be questioned and has explained Himself many times. one of such cases was when abraham tried to strike a bargain with Him in regard to the impeding destruction of sodom and gomorrah.
he asked God, "would you destroy the city if there happen to be 50 righteous men living in it?" and God replied "no".
he asked again...what if you find 40? 30? 20? even 10? and God kept replying him with no. it then dawned on abraham that the only righteous people in that city were lot and his family...you know the rest of the story.

so, God does not work in secret neither does He act on impulse. He searches the heart to know who is deserving of His divine favours. He has shown favours even to his supposed enemies because they repented and He has punished his worshipers for disobeying Him.

His golden rules have never changed:

* love your neighbour as yourself

finally the hulla balloo is over, I am not a fan of this show and so from my very neutral stance and subjective point of view, i think the wrong person won, why? he garnered votes and fans because of a biased social system clamoring for mediocrity, claim street, claim rugged and the people are behind you? from a more emphatic point of view, playing the pity card because you are seemingly not so well to do is not the way. The truth is Efe doesn't have one single thing to offer the world and Nigeria apart from "Streetness" . I only hope the opportunities outlives the 25m and he can build on it. As for Bisola, she's made!
