Can we get food rich in protein and vitamins with out carb combine

At a certain age in life we are advice to cut down on food with carbohydrates. I have come to discover most Nigerian foods are basically high in carbohydrates . from garri, fufu , yam, rice, noodles, sweet potato etc.

Apart from beans and groundnuts what other options do we have in Nigeria that are good sources of protein and vitamins .

Yea I attended two interviews and was offered both jobs. 1. society for Family Health 2. Cway Nigeria... I went for Cway cos they offered me a better pay. Am two months now and I don't regret it...

Finish service on feb 2014, a 2.1 grad of unilag, wth hse n proj mgt certs. I returned back 2 lag frm ebonyi(nysc) wth high hopes. Started applyin d very next day i returned online for 1month, den i changed strategy to (online n offline cv application). Almost everyday i dress corporate armed wth my cv in d morning i distribute dem to companies directly at strategic locations like a marketer, and evenings wen coys hav closed, i apply online at home (smart isn't it). Backed my deeds wth prayer and commitments. Now i got a job at cway on april, my offline paid off faster dan online. As i walked into d company at oshodi wthout an invitation, i told d gatemen i want to see d HR dat it is official (wth boldness) and i was granted. I met her told her my plight, she told me dat actually one slot is vacant, dat she has little tym to browse thru cv's, i gave her mine in person, i was qualified n fits in, she took me the manager, interview n test done, i am a QC there now. Pay is good for a start and i have time to attend intervws at bigger coys (i don dey select work now, ℓ☺ℓ). Its God tho. Hope u learnt sometime. God bless you and give yu foresight, Amen!!!!

board a bus from sango to Oshodi 'EXPRESS'..From there board a bus going to Iyana Isolo... Tell the driver you will be dropping at cway. It is just beside the road.

From ijora, board a bus heading to costain, from costain take a bus to ojota, you will see ogudu road at ojota so from there you can take a bike to your specific destination or their normal cabucabu for 50 naira or so .
