You have defined your problem and in there lies the solution - get a crowd that would upgrade your grammar and one in which you could try out new words.

From experience, I used to try out those words with the same crowd I rolled with but never quite got inspired to move further. I resolved to writing them down in a book, with their synonyms/meanings and studying them periodically. That helped commit them into memory.

I do learn new words, most especially when watching movies and i check the meaning almost immediately... But coz of the kinda friends i move with i dont get to use those words and as time goes on i forget does words...

You can wear any colour you like. Underneath those garbs they have jeans leggings strapless gstrings etc that they use to motivate their husband. The colour also brings out their skin colour well. Those babes are usually hot and fine ehn.

Some headaches are caused because bad eye sights. Like you said, you see far object blurry, since your brain cannot distinguish those object, it constantly tries interpret the light superimposion on your retina to make out a meaning for it, but each time it comes up short and it keeps trying.

This over work but strains on your eyes and nerves ends in the brain leading to headaches, if you take care of the eyes, the headaches attributed to this will automatically disappear.

Bro... Ive got same issue... Buh ive gone to the optometrist .. And a glass was recommended for me...ive been using it,,,buh i wanna know if its gonna correct it as in am gonna eventually stop using it i.e my eyes are gonna be normal back orrrrr it gonna be only correcting it only when i put it on

you should visit an eye doctor.. I also had same issue , now am using glasses to correct it... And gradually is getting better
