idnoble135: MTN service delivery and customer satisfaction is just too poor. I bought #400 recharge card. In the process of trying to scratch off the silver panel, i mistakenly scratched off some digits.
I called the customer care agents a couple of times. After speaking to about five agents, i was finally told that they could do nothing about it. That they can not load the card for me over there, on their system even though i provided them with the serial number and all other requirements. They told me the card is now a waste. Imagine? This is not fair!

urs is fair....@ least u ddnt even recharge it.
i recharged #400 airtym a few weeks ago nd it ddnt reflect in ma account, i kept on recharging it and receiving the "this card has already been used by you" msg, i called the customer care and it was confirmed dat i did recharge d airtym buh d agent couldnt tell me were it went 2, i was told 2 call bck after 24hrs...i did nd was given d same story. i had 2 step up, so i paid a visit 2 an MTN service center and talked 2 d agent after he kept me waiting in front of his desk 4 about 35 mins, i gave him d serial number of d card nd after he took his tym in doing God knows wat...he gave me d same msg..."i dont know wat happened" and he added, "am sorry i cant do anything about it".
