lackren: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the spokesperson for the party's presidential campaign council have reacted to the report that the PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar was flown on Sunday from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to London, United Kingdom for treatment.
The spokesperson for the PDP campaign council dismissed the report describing it as a joke of the year.
Recall that an online newspaper, Sahara Reporters had reported that the former Vice President was flown on Sunday from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to London, United Kingdom for treatment.
“Atiku is not feeling fine; he is in the hospital receiving treatment. That’s why he is not back in Nigeria for the presidential campaign. “He was in Dubai but has now left Dubai for London for treatment. He has been flown to the UK for treatment. That is why he is still abroad,” the Sahara Reporter quoted an unnamed PDP source as saying.
Reacting to the online publication, the media adviser to Atiku, Mr Paul Ibe, said the PDP candidate will, on Monday, arrive in London, even as he dismissed the report of ill health Read Full Story Here Wetin consine me? |

In Anambra (maybe plus other Igbo state), the female counterparts have their own chieftaincy structure. The "ekwe na odu" titles... Don't let them tell you otherwise. The recipient of the highest female title is addressed as "Iyom". |

Because we have chosen to talk about things that have no bearing to our welfare. Name one LG in Nigeria where people meet to discuss their locality? You think it's by being a superman? We must learn to be a collective unit first. |

The op seems to be blind or in self denial. If we acknowledge that we are on ground zero, our reasoning will begin to support progress. Your third question. If "you" refers to me as an individual, then there is no need for further discussion. If it refers to us a "a people" I will be happy we exchange views on the way forward. |
