I hope those shouting for a special status to be given to Lagos are aware of other perks that comes with that and that is the fact that, should Lagos be given a special status, Nigerians, irrespective of state of origin, ethnicity and state of residence may also be given equal rights with the indegenes in Lagos.So, when we are clamoring for something, we should also look at all sides of the coin and not be myopic in our reasoning.

We make it sound as if people are benefiting from Lagos before putting anything into Lagos. Could the indegenes of Lagos had built a Lagos without the help of Nigerians from all over. Infact what is the contribution of Lagos indegenes to what Lagos is today? On the contrary, i think Lagos should be grateful for what Nigeria has done for it.
