some people's thought are very embarrassing, Yakubu's miss is said to be a bad miss accepted,but that is not the end of the world, several players such as Kanu,CR7,David Villa,Kalou,Maxi Rodriguez,Etoo,Ryan Giggs etc has missed more glaring chances like that,yet, their effort is being appreciated. The greatest road menace: Danfo, Okada or Trailers

This guyz never hesitate to leave me speechless with their DAY TO DAY driving, And I wonder how average road user feel (i have my heart in my mouth) when they are beside you five feet’s from you.

You need to see the way, the trailers speed and manoeuvre in traffic and tight corners, the danfo drivers that all they do with their pointers is; flash the hazard light (for those that manage to have) or is it the way the okada drivers ride like they have a price in hell if they die now? One almost killed me some few months back, by manoeuvring in traffic and knocking my head on a stationary trailer (thank god for crash helmet), I was left on the road for minutes, by the time i recovered from the shock the guy don bail!!

But honestly who is the greatest road menace of them all?

in the month of September, i told myself i want to surpass my target and i was determined to start seeing my branch's target as my individual target, believe me i closed with over 150% of my target. this aint no fiction, beleive me it aint yamz but i achieved it, NA GOD OO

you need to look in wards and mark you top 10 customers, that can help u achieve at least half of this, if not then you have a lot of work to do by ensuring you open big accounts (to be a good and succesful marketer, u need to sleep eat think the job\customers), one of my major accounts was opened cos i was a ching, i was in the customers office till 8:30pm and ws determined.

trust me, even if its N100m u will achieve try, no will take you job. be bold brillant and confident, establish a relationship with your customers not just their money, show interest in thier business.
