If you're owing a bank and the bank decides to freeze your account, is it not just logical for the bank to remove the amount you owe from your account or where else do they expect you to make payment?

Ok, then you can get her the loan. Get her to sign an affidavit before and after you get the loan so the understanding is clear that you entered into the loan agreement on her behalf. That way if anything goes wrong, you can always take it to court.

But also, make sure you are able to, yourself, make payments on the loan since it might be sometime after starting the business before she is able to make adequate payments on the loan..
