They have a 12volt 2.2kw hybrid inverter
6pcs of 550w jinko
2.1kwh lithium battery

its just for basic home usage no much load, not even fridge or freezer just pumping machine sometimes.

I personally adviced they can use the freezer when its sunny, they started doing that and it went well but one day they put on the freezer and the inverter entered error 58 and didnt work for 24 hours but later magicall started working again.

Now i am thinking what could have caused that because they said nothing else was even on when it happen, it was majorly just the freezer but it was just after they finished pumping water with it though.
maybe the high surge from the freezer compressor to pick up?
just want to understand what could have happened before they upgrade the system

There is a short circuit in the building wiring system or Appliance causing the inverter to go into protection mode. Lithium battery too go into protection if the BMS is equipped with it.

It can be a socket or an appliance. A good electrician can identify and repair it cause it will come on again if the socket or Appliance is used.

I need help with Felicity 100A charging controller.

It keeps giving high battery voltage error ( error 04) after working for about 1 hour with load of about 500w during sunny days.

The battery is a 24v battery but the CC reading can go as high as > 53v any time the error happens.

Measuring the battery voltage with voltmeter ... From the battery terminals the voltage remains within normal range ( e.g 24.7v) but at the CC terminal i get high readings)


The PV is 8 250w panels with total of 2000w in 4S2P configuration.

I have tried the following without success

* changing the battery from Lithium 24v to Amaron quanta.
* changing the battery selection from auto to 24v.
* using different Absorption and float voltages (e.g 13.7 and 13.9)

I need help solving this pls

Take it to felicity service center for repairs. There is something not good about those new felicity solar charge controller.

They repaired it then but it developed another fault 2 weeks ago. Still thinking of how to send to them again.

This is why you have been attacking Otti left and right.
There is no more free money, your Boss is lucky cause if I were Otti , I will squeeze life out of him like he did to Abians.

That salary arrears he swore never to pay and you and your crooks were eating it and hiding money inside vehicle engine rooms is what he has started paying.

The Abia state Government wishes to state that the payment will follow a 12- month armortization plan with the first batch already disbursed to the affected institutions. This structured payment is meant to ensure that other areas of governance do not suffer from lack of attention due to limited financial resources.

By this development , the Dr Alex Otti- led administration has once more demonstrated its committment to the promotion and sustenance of the welfare of Abia State civil servants at all times.

Read the bolded again then ask those involved if they were paid complete arrears or a fraction of it.

I doubt storage temperature increases cycle count. Your display may have malfunctioned due to high temperature. The cycle count may likely be "audio" as in audio money

Ok. If it's a malfunction it probably would have repeated again cause it's over 6 months now and I have been checking it.
The battery has a breaker and a reset button and BMS shuts off after 48hrs of putting off the breaker. How that BMS did that extra counting just within that period is what I still don't know.

Maybe U can try to test and keep your pack locked in a car for 4 days during the dry season let's still check at that over 170 degrees if the count will be audio.

This is a section of Eve 280k datasheet.
U can only get 2500 cycles at 43°C from that sheet. I would drop this value to 40°C and 2000 cycles then assume worst case scenario.

If you can't maintain 23-25°C don't expect any 6000 cycles.

That is what I can't explain but one of these added over 50 counts and the other over 100 counts. The CC there is cycle count if I am correct.

I have no other explanation than it being in that heated vehicle cause since then their counting has been normal

The specs sheet for LFP states the 6000cycles can only be achieved at 25 degrees. The cycle life reduces when operated or stored above this temperature.

I left a pack of lithium battery with 150 cycles in my car for 4 days earlier this year. I had no one to assist me carry it upstairs so I left it there.
The day I took it upstairs and put it on, I saw over 300 cycles. I thought my eyes were cloudy but it was real. I ignored it and another time I took a separate pack for testing in a client's house and still left it in the car for 2 days. The cycle life counted also jumped by over 50.

Then I went back to the datasheet and read it again before I saw that temperature statement.


The battery in question is not DIY but customised for a company just packed like pylontech. One of the best I have seen.


LFP just like lead acid batteries need to be stored or used within the stated temperature to achieve their cycle life but how many of us can afford banks that can run air conditioner for the batteries to maintain the temperature.

The flag is simply asking military to take over. There is a green after the white that distinguish it from the Russian flag but they did not include it for some reason you will learn later.

That's the armed forces flag for Army,Air force and Navy in Nigeria when the green is attached.

Imagine having a 5M capital to be running your production business while spending over 300k for fuel or diesel to run your equipments and all of a sudden the 5M can only get you raw materials worth 1.5M with diesel not inclusive. Then there are family responsibilities you need to take care of and house rents to pay.

Since your order qty has reduced, you are now buying the raw materials at a much higher prices cause u get discounts only if u buy a certain qty.

Can your production business survive that environment?

Please my Felicity charge controller 100Amps is showing warning sign code 20. The issue is that my battery is charging but the code removed the watts and amps reading on the controller. My system is a 5.5KW inverter with 12 300watt Canadian used panels. Please any solution?

If this is during sun hours then take it to their service center cause 54V from PV can't charge a 54V battery.

Had a similar issue with a client's just 6 weeks after installation and they fixed it at the service center.

I have two brand new 200 watts panel connected in parallel, both panels have a maximum power current of 11 amp. But when i connect it to my pwm 60A charge controller, they both produce around 5-7 amps total instead of 22A. What could be the problem?

I have not seen a 200W panel with 11A meaning the maximum voltage is 18.1V.

It's probably over rated on label
