Battery has been installed for a year now but one or two keeps deviating.
I have used battery tester to test and it says all are 100% ok.
Inverter is MUST hybrid and has one of its battery terminals burnt but succeeded in reconnecting the cable. Its after this burnt terminal that the batteries start experiencing irregular voltage. Still searching for the terminal online.

Please my good people, Can HA01, HA02 balancer equalise Sealed lead acid batteries?

If Yes, any recommended type or make for 2S2P and 4S I can get?

I don't think there's anything wrong with that inverter.
Bought 4 units of 2000W /24V of a similar model for sale to small fund consumers and decided to test for one of the buyers. It powered my house for 3 days and my conventional freezer was also put to test for some hours and no issue. I did not load it upto 400W continuously anyway but it did very well.
The fan comes on when the inverter is hot/ or loaded to some extent and goes off when it has achieved its aim.
Just told the buyer to put it off when it's not in use and has been serving him for 2 months now.

Someone that has not been able to build a single standard road nor good drainage system is going to destroy people's shop in the name of redevelopment.
No single road constructed in that state by that Governor has lasted 4 months without deteriorating.

The flyover that has taken ages is being constructed by bricklayers carrying head pan and mixed cement during their so called flyover construction working hours while states using Julius Berger has done more than 5 flyovers and still counting.

Is it the salary of the workers in the state that he has paid? Some have passed 2 years salary arreas.

You will see him soon contesting as a senator and eventually win whether the people want or not.

I really don't know who can make this nation better by punishing all these failed leaders.

This is a very simple issue to tackle by a serious Government. The leaders are actually the cause of all these and until the citizens demand accountability from them nothing will move in this country.

If there are job opportunities equally without money exchanging hands and people getting jobs based on who they know or where they come from the next step will be to create a data base of all the citizens and immigrants in the country and what they do for a living.


If this is done then monitoring investments and bank transaction details of everyone using BVN becomes easy.

If you are building any house or making any investments in the country or even spending in a club to a certain amount , your type of business and the source of your income should be questioned.

If you come from abroad or send money from abroad to someone here the security agencies will have to confirm the source of that money through interpol that its legit else the account is frozen and arrest made on both the sender and receiver.

Everything can be monitored and corrected but first things first, make the citizens feel the equality in the Country and patriotism will follow suit including all other good behaviour.

This is a very common complaint and most of the time or dear Kazeems will recommend a compressor. Fact is if you recently filled with gas and it's no longer cold you have a LEAK. If you're lucky, all you need is a can of Interdynamics refrigerant with stop leak and you are good to go. Interdynamics makes the best AC chemicals and this will fix almost all common leaks in hoses, gaskets and O rings.

Believe us, it's a LOT cheaper than a compressor.

Please what's the price or link to the price for this. Have some leakage on my sienna around the compressor area or so.

Its 6mm dual core not 12mm .Just get an MPPT.Most 60 amp MPPT have max VOC of 105v for 24volts and PV MAX 1400 WATTS.Just make do with 2s3p and keep the remaining 3 panels.

Its 6mm² but used the dual core (blue and red joint) for the positive and also for the negative hence my 12mm² conclusion

Inverter is 24V and panel Voc is 40.3V wire is 6mm² but two cores for each polarity so obviously 12mm²

Guess it must be that mppt I have been dodging after all.

Is your inverter 24 volts or 48volts?

A 330watts panel will have a VOC of about 46volts and current about 10amp.You need to know the max PV VOC input of the charge controller but most cheap PWM have Max VOC of 50volts.You will have to connect the panels in parallel but you can't use all 9 cos you didn't state your wire size.

To be on the safe side connect just 4 of the panels in parallel or go get a MPPT controller.

That is a cheap deal compared to 200 thousand naira for 100ah of 4 cells that we get it from our guys that are resellers/assemblers in Nigeria.

Grid was 175V so I thought it might be cause of low voltage and when I put on the gen it was 236V.

I installed a MUST 3KW/24V hybrid inverter yesterday but both utility and Gen can't charge the batteries except solar.

The inverter output is off with utility available which is supposed to be charging only but the icons for supplying loads from battery is what is displaying instead of Grid to battery. Tried using the generator and it was same.

Charge priority settings is : SnU ( Solar and Utility)
Input Voltage is set to: APP (Appliance 90-280V)

Anyone be it MUST/Not of Hybrid experienced this at first and how it was resolved ?

Your Sienna is not XLE. That it appeared on the boot cover simply means the boot cover has been replaced with that of an XLE for some probably by the car dealer.

XLE has leather seats with push button control knobs for the AC control panel and other features too.

Each of it is just 3.2V, so you will need 4pcs to make 12V, 8 pcs to make 24V and 16pcs to make 48V coupled with its BMS.

So Yes, each one seems cheap and useless on its own except you have a device or gadget operating 2V to 3.65V

Ever since I installed my hybrid bought from Futurenix and interchange the battery banks on a daily all of them just dey enjoy life like Airtel *444# advert. On their off days the CC don't even work at all. Looks like it's time to go off grid fully, or what do you all think.

At 50% DOD, he shouldn't expect anything more than 6hrs max.

This is the theoretical aspect of this stuff, in practical we can't get upto 4 hours.

That inverter is a transformer type and has a no load current of 0.6A meaning a 7.2W will be chopped off from the primary coils. So the total wattage has increased to 82.2W.

The inverter also has a conversion efficiency of 70% assuming it's a modified sine wave which I am sure it is.

50% DoD on 75AH is 37.5AH and only 26.25AH will make it through considering 70% conversion.

So that's about 315WH on an 82.2W which is about 3 hours and 50 minutes.
It might be a little lesser if all other factors are considered.
